When using the venue rule, describing the place that is a place of creation, I used the canvas, for

the reason that when God paints on the canvas, he is creating the universe. For the muse rule,
Gods muse is the loving mother that he sees in his vision. For the three reactions, I used the
three angles being content with Gods creation and task for them. For the three styles, I gave
each of the angles a type, or style, and that is the way that those angels will live.

Then the LORD God(god) formed a man from the dust(text 1) of the ground and breathed
into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.- Genesis 2:7(3)
The radiant light(light 1) of heaven made it almost impossible to sleep. Why didnt I
make it so that it gets dark(light 2)(weather 10 here at night? I say to myself. It was lonely here.
It felt purposeless; there was no one to watch over, no one to interact with. I slide(body 1) out of
bed, my shoulders drooped and arms by my side.(demeanor) Maybe I would paint. Walking
slowly back into my room, I pick up the old, rugged wooden painting frame(frame) and find a
piece of paper to tack to it so that I have something to start on.
The paint begins to flow onto the paper(par-1), my golden hands, perfect in every way,
begin to move faster than my mind(hands). It feels like I am no longer in control of them.
Heaven itself seems to tremble, the golden roads begin to shake and the clouds begin to roll
around as if they are anxious(weather 2). I try to make my hands stop, but the smooth(text 2)
paint keeps on flowing onto what was once a blank canvas. It begins to feel like I am watching a
movie rather than painting. I slink down in the chair, beyond confused, but whatever has
possessed my hands doesnt loosen its hold on them and they continue to work(boody 20. The
entire canvas(venue) is now black, and then an orange sphere appears in the middle. It appears
alive, like it is not a painting, but rather a window that I am looking out of heaven towards
something unknown. My hand moves around the blackness, creating spheres of all different
colors and sizes(art). Then it stops all of a sudden, and I have control.
I look over the painting, and there seems to be room for one more of the spheres. A
searing pain takes me over and I crumble to the ground. Images flood my head, things that look
like me in some place that isnt heaven doing the most evil things, killing each other, starving,
cheating, stepping(body 3) on spiders(spider) and selling each other for profit. The lights of
heaven flicker and the clouds turn gray. Terrified, I begin to run(body 4). The weather in
Heaven(medium 1) has never changed before this. I stop in my tracks. The painting has
somehow teleported to right in front of me. There must be some purpose to this. I feel the
headache that the last visions brought, but these are much more pleasant. The orange ball is
shining lightly(light 3) on the same place that I had seen the last vision. The things that look like
me, I shall call them humans, are playing in its glow. There are smaller things, they look much
younger. They are bundles of pure joy. I can hear the females talking(body 5) to the younger

ones. Their voices(voice) are so sweet, caressing their young to sleep, pouring pure love into
them.(muse)
I must paint this!(inspiration) I grab the wooden brush, its rough(text 3) handle feels
good in my hand. This time I have control over it, not the other way around. I dip the brush into
the paint and begin to start on the blue sphere that I had seen in my head, The colors flow into it
like none of the other spheres. I can tell this one is special. The lights(light 4) in heaven seem to
become brighter. I now know that this is my purpose. To rule and help these humans along the
journey of life(Narrator). They shall be born, grow and learn, and fall in love. They shall
struggle, and they shall become wise, and then they shall die, passing on what they have learned
to the younger, and join me here in heaven(life). As I paint them onto the planet(par-2), I
remember the pain that some of these people shall cause. I freeze. Can I allow myself to put
something this evil into existence? Can I be the one that unleashes this sin?(struggle) I cannot
allow these people into heaven with me, so I flip the still wet canvas(text 4) over, and paint a
place for them to go when they die(choice). Their sins cannot go unpunished, so I make paint it
with heat and fire. The lights in heaven almost completely go out. A loud boom erupts in the
distance, and a forks of light flash(weather 30 (light 5)all around. I cannot stop, my painting is
too important. I shall call this place hell, and this is where I will send the people that do not
follow the moral rules that I shall set for the people of the blue sphere. Earth(medium 2), that is
what I will call it. The people of earth that do not live a righteous life shall go to hell, and those
that do can spend all of eternity with me in heaven.
The lights come back, and the thunder and lightning(weather 4) stop around me. It is
tranquil. I resume painting the humans on earth. I shall make them in my image. They shall have
two arms and two legs and hair, and they shall all be unique. To help me watch over them, I paint
humans with feathered (text 5)wings over the earth, I shall call them angels. As soon as I do this,
the angels appear around me. Rafael, the angel of protection(style 1), Michelangelo, the angel of
imagination(style 2), and Mary, the angel of care(style 3). They gather around the painting, and
they all seem pleased with themselves. I am GOD I tell them. You are tasked with watching
over the humans on earth, and serving with me in heaven. They do not say anything, but they
seem content with this job and simultaneously fly through the clouds to fulfil the task that I have
given them(react 1,2,3). With the angels gone, I feel lonely again. A sound pierces the silence, it
sounds like crying. Running towards the source, I discover a baby crying, her mother nowhere to
be found. She must have died. She is the first person to ascend to heaven, but as she is so young,
I am overcome with grief. The tears well up inside me, and the light of heaven dims. The clouds
begin to pour water, as if they are imitating my emotions. I can sense that on Earth it is raining as
well.(weather 5) The water feels smooth on my rough skin. I have never felt this sensation
before, the sadness or the moisture. I guess that with the joy that life brings, the opposite must
accompany it.

For the game of chance, I used the people trying to see the eclipse happen, as you cannot see it
from everywhere on the earth, you have to be in the right spot. Another rule that I used creatively

The night was perfectly clear(weather 1), the stars were beaming beautifully down on me
(light 1). The warmth that I was radiating kept me comfortable constantly, I was never in the
darkness. As I made my daily pass over the western hemisphere, I thought, why am I doing
this? I had been on this path ever since I could remember, casting my orange glow down on the
earth, providing light and warmth to the people. Some of them worship me, others curse me and
remain inside. It was lonely, so lonely that it was depressing. The praise(body 1) and attention
that I received from the humans was enough to satisfy me for a while, but the songs(music) and
the sacrifices had diminished, and I was once again left with my task, and nothing more than
that.
The night is my solace. The rough(text 1) ocean tides follow me as I pull around the
earth(float). I can always see a light on the horizon(light 2)(weather 2), and sometimes it feels
like Im chasing it, but I can never see what its coming from. The darkness around me feels like

its closing in sometimes, but the songs and poems that people write about me give me
motivation to continue my task. Sometimes I dream of flowers and candles, and I long for
someone to share my thoughts with, but the life that I live is one of solitude.
Tonight was going to be different, I could feel it. The humans were all sitting out, as if
they were watching for something(body 2), they were looking in the sky for something. Some of
them were singing songs, there was one person whose voice stood out above the others, it was
beautiful. I tried to aim my radiance at her, as if I were not the sun, rather a spotlight(light 3).
They were all singing together and, by the looks of it, partying. That was when I saw it, the other
light, it looked as if I were going to run right into it. The night stars were the clearest that I had
ever seen them(weather 3). Usually the stars become dim around me, as I outshine all of them,
but this light was like nothing I had ever seen before(light 4). I had heard the people worshiping
this other light source, calling it the moon, singing to it softly the most beautiful songs(voice).
Maybe the moon was my other half? I had always wondered what happened to the half of the
earth that my light wasnt shining on.
There was a bright light coming over the horizon. The brilliance that I had seemed to be
always chasing seemed to have caught up to me. What could it be? Is at another moon, like me
but brighter? Is it some ball of fire(tect 2) coming to destroy me? The people on the Earth were
singing, dancing, and looking up into the sky, so I didnt think it was anything. The lights were
so bright, the sky was so clear. Below me, there were no clouds(weather 4), the humans view
was unobstructed. What I would do to be one of them, to be able to chose my lifestyle, and to
have someone that I could even just talk to. The light rounded the plane of my vision, I could
finally see the source. It was a ball of fire, much larger and brighter than I. It was so
handsome.Hello I cried out into space.
Mommy, when is the eclipse going to happen? Im getting tired.Said the little girl as
she flopped down onto her silky(text 3) blanket.(Body 3) I know honey. Look up, the sun and
the moon are getting closer, but we might not be able to see them cross from this angle(game). ,
said the mother as she laid out the candles(cand) and fresh, velvety(text 5) flower(flow) petals to
decorate their viewing spot) Last time I wasnt in the right spot and I missed it.(past 10
As I crossed over the ocean, I could see the moon. It was beautiful. My light seemed to
reflect off of it, making it appear like a brilliant sphere of light. I could see that the people on
Earth were getting excited, and I shared the same feeling. I was going closer to the moon. I had
never even thought that there was something else out here like me, we must be meant for each
other. I had always conceded that I would be alone for the rest of my existence, but now, now
there was hope. A feeling built up inside me that I had never felt before, my light seemed to glow
brighter, and the space around me felt like it was guiding me towards the moon. Hello. The
moon calls out over the space. I'm coming! I cry back.
I hear the sun respond to me, it is coming closer and closer. So there is something like me
that exists. I had never thought that there would be someone that I could relate to. As it came
closer and closer, I began to feel anxious(body 4), what would I say to it. This moment must be
ordained, how could it not be. There were so many things that I wanted to ask it. We were almost
touching now, my craters warmed by the flames(text 4), I could feel its warmth on me. It felt
good, the darkness that was always around me had been cold I guess, but I didnt know that,
because I had never experienced the warmth.(chance)

Are you the moon? Yes. I answered, as our eyes(eyes) locked together.(body 5) I
have heard the people sing songs about you, you are even more beautiful than they describe you
to be. Are there any others like you. You are the only thing that I have ever ran into up here. I
thought I was all alone up here(moment). I am the only one. Your brightness is stunning.
(sweet) I thought that I would be alone as well. We must be meant to be with each other. I knew
from the moment I saw you that you were the one for me. I feel the same way, said the sun.
Haha (laugh). Look mommy. The moon covered the sun(weather 5)(merge)!. Dont stare, itll
hurt your eyes. Your dad had to have surgery on his eyes because he burnt them staring at it last
time.(past 2)
We were flying further and further apart, for a brief moment, I was in front of the sun,
and the light turned from orange, to pink, and then to red. It felt so warm, I wished that I
could stay there in the warmth of the Sun forever. All of that time that I had been lonely was
finally over, I had someone who was mine, but then, the Sun went past me. Where are you
going? I was panicking. I couldnt lose the Sun now, I had only just found it. The people on the
Earth were watching us intently, this must be the moment that they had been waiting for. I cant
stop. The sun said. When will I see you again?(conf long) I responded. I dont know. Soon I
hope. Then, the sun was gone, back over the horizon, the light(light 5) and the warmth were no
more, it was once again cold and lonely. Sadness filled my body. I knew that I would think of the
sun until it came by again. (fut 1)
The moon was the most precious thing that I had ever seen. Why couldnt I have stopped
and stayed. The path that I was on wasnt a choice I guess, and so, I set back upon it, waiting for
the time that I would get to see the moon again.I blew a kiss(part) at the moon, and pictured what
it would be like the next time our paths crossed.(fut 2).

Vladimir(dragon) was the last of his kind. He smelled of sulfur(smell 1), his rough(text 1)
red scales shone like fresh blood when the sun(W/l 1) shined on them, but in the dark he
appeared as if he was covered in a rusty coat. Years ago, the phoenix order,an ancient order, had
seen a sign in the stars(cosmos)(future) that told them that the dragons planned on wiping out the
human race in order to take their wealth, as dragons are greedy creatures by nature. The fights
that ensued were bloody and destructive, resulting in the death of all but one of the order, me,
and all but one of the dragons, Vladimir. It had been many years since the battles, but I could still
vividly see them in my mind,as if they had only occurred yesterday. The flashes of color
flying(flies) all across the countryside, fire(element) and lightning(w/L 2) flashing out of the
beasts mouths, my hands(hands), young and not yet calloused(text 2) by the hardships that they
were soon to endure casting wind and water at the terrors, my comrades falling beside me, laying
bloody beside the dragons that we had slain.
Rumors had been circulating that Vladimir had been venturing out of his cave and
attacking the nearby villages. Hearing them confirmed my fears, as the stars had told me that he
was going to try and resurrect some of his fallen brethren in order to enact his rage that had been
festering in his heart as he laid and plotted in his home. I had heard that his home was where
magic began, a triangular(triangle) cave where mystical energies ebbed and flowed, the rough
rocky walls covered in marking put there by those that created magic. It had always been a
dream of mine to travel there to study, but we were unallowed, as the dragons protected it. It had

crossed my mind before, that since most of the dragons were dead I could go, but I was too busy
training apprentices, as the rest of the order had been wiped out.
I guess I would be forced to go now, to challenge the beast. He was the most powerful of
the dragons, the sound of his wings flapping still haunted my dreams. He was much larger than
any of his brothers, and we always knew when he was around, as his lightning breath was so
powerful that the thunder that followed it was known to deafen those that were not prepared for
it. We had thought that living in the cave had given him some sort of power or extraordinary
growth, and fighting him was the last thing that I wanted to do, but it seemed as if there were no
other choice(Struggle).
Before traveling to the beast, I would need a weapon. Before the battles, a small group of
the order had been sent to the edges of the known world to recover magical objects that would
help us in our endeavors against the dragons, and they had come back with the rarest of plants.
Wormroot, dragons-breath, and stardust.(Plant 1,2,3) If I combined all of these ingredients and
dipped my sword in the result, it would certainly be strong enough to slay Vladimir, as I knew
that there was no way that I would be powerful enough to with my raw skill alone, he was far too
strong for that(power).
As I stewed the plants together(combine), I fell into a deep thought about the journey that
I was about to partake on. The pitter patter of rain(W/L 3)(element) on the window brought me
back to reality. The smell(smell 2) from the rough(text 3), cast iron pot, was one that was most
comparable to a family of skunks dispersing their spray into the room. The lightning flashed
through the window, and then a green mist began to roll out of the pot. I knew that it was now
done, and I dipped the sword into it. As soon as I did, the thunder struck(W/L 4), and when I
pulled it out, the blade was no longer silver, rather it was sky blue, and veins of lightning flashed
up and down the blade. I blew the ritual candles in the room out, and retired to my bedroom,
prepared for the journey that I would take in the morning.
The sun shining through my dimly lit( W/L 5) room woke me up. I dressed in my robes,
the familiar silk feeling was comforting to my skin. The dew on the grass wet(text 4) my feet,
and the fresh day smelled(smell 3) of flowers and food being prepared by the village to sell that
day. Birds flew in and out of their nests, gathering the worms that were out in the wet grass,
chirping and darting around. I could hear the people beginning to talk to each other as they woke
up, oblivious to the importance of the journey that I would be taking.(Birds 1) I walked to the
teleportation well that the order had hidden from the public in the woods, the only witnesses to
what I was about to do would be the birds.(Birds 2) I chanted the ancient words, and plunged
into the well, knowing that when I came to, I would be in Vladimirs cave.
When I opened my eyes, the smell of charred wood and metal filled my nose(smell 4).
There were no birds(birds 3) here to fill my ears with their music, it was eerily silent. The rock
roof covered the sky, causing the room to be almost pitch black, save for the glowing runes on
the wall(dwelling). I would much rather be here to study them, rather than to fight the beast that
dwelled within the cave. However, he was nowhere to be seen. As I walked around the cave, I
heard a whisper. Help me. The voice sounded like the source of it was barely hanging on to
life. Was this some sort of dragon trick to get my guard down? I was on edge already, as I had
previously seen what Vladimir was capable of. As i rounded a corner in the cave, I was caught by

surprise. I could see him lying there, seemingly panting for breath. He looked old and worn out,
and smelled(smell 5) like he was decaying. I could hear the wind outside of the cave whipping
and whistling around. The battles took all of my strength, and now I lay here dying. I am the
last of my race, all of the wisdom of the dragons, and the only hope for their existence lies with
me, please help me. Vladimir pleaded. I could relate to him, as I was also the last of my order,
the apprentices had not been working out, and I had always known that I would probably be the
last. I had entered the cave with the plans of killing Vladimir, but now, understanding his
situation, I planned on healing him. The battles must have affected him just as much as they had
me. I can hear your thoughts, and yes they did. The screams of my falling brothers and the smell
of the blood filled dirt has never left me. I fell ill after the battles, and havent been able to leave
the caves due to my health.I pointed(finger) at him and said if I help you, what will you do?
I will search for a way to bring back my race, and I will orchestrate peace between the
races.(WORD) This sounded nice, but something didnt feel right about it. I pulled out my
sword, and I could see the look on his face turn from relief to distress. The magic stored in this
sword should be enough to heal you. I said, and the last look on his face was a smile when I
plunged the blade into his soft(text 5) heart,so deep it was as if his body absorbed the
dagger(absorb), and the light faded out of his eyes.(result). I knew that we were not supposed to
kill if we could avoid it(error), but I was not going to let his words poison me(weapon).

Should we build(creation) something to diagnose all of the patients in the clinic so we
can spend more time in the E.R. and less time out there?(quest-1) (amb)I asked Johnson.
Johnson was a man of small stature and impressive intelligence. He had graduated M.I.T at the
age of 17, and was out of Carnegie Mellon before he could legally take a drink, although now he
always reeked of wild turkey and cigars(smell 1). Whenever someone asked him a question that
peaked his interest, he would grasp his hands together and they would begin to shake a
little(hands), which was exactly what happened. What do you mean? Like some kind of
program?(nerv) he responded. Exactly. No longer will people be subjected to the opinions of
doctors that could be wrong.Imagine, the textbooks will compare dap to the doctors of the civil
war, how far weve come.(Hist)
That was where diagnose and prescribe began, or DAP for short. With Johnson's technical
savvy, and my in depth knowledge of the telltale signs of ailments and what to prescribe them, it
didnt take us long to build. Johnson even found some learning(intelligence) algorithm in testing
that had been released by google, and had put that into Daps database. Dap was going to save us
so much time and energy, not to mention the money that he was going to bring in. We were for
sure gonna get rich, and save lives doing it. I loved the idea of Dap, and the people would too.
(obj) All we had to do was get him cleared by the FDA.(Law 1)
Johnson had a plan. He was going to put out the pros of DAP, and compare them to the
cons, which, of course, there were none. They voiced concern over the fact that something
besides a human would be prescribing drugs to humans, but we reminded them that DAP would
be far more accurate and consistent than any human doctor, and that he would not be deceived by
people such as those that pretend to be in pain so that they may fuel their habits(machine). They
seemed to like this, and after around 2 hours of discussion about laws(law 2) and loopholes, we
walked out with permission to create our miracle.(debate)
The production of Dap took much less time than we had anticipated, and the first
prototype was ready in less than 2 weeks. What hospital are we going to place him in? I asked
Johnson. My idea was to place him in New York city. The lights(light 1) and the fame would be
the perfect place to introduce our creation, but Johnson was nervous. He wanted to start of
smaller, maybe in a place like Arkansas, where if something went wrong it would be much easier
to cover up. I agreed with this, so we set out on a journey to the south the begin a medical
revolution.
Arkansas smelled like stale biscuits and sweaty socks(Smell 2). The only thing there that
was slightly enjoyable were the peach trees. The pink flowers on them were beautiful, and so
natural.(Beauty) The light from the sun seemed more intense,(light 2) as if it wanted to burn
Little Rock right out of existence. I hated it the minute I go there, but it didnt matter how I felt,
only that Dap was successful. We were met outside of the hospital by protesters. Some held signs

that said things like Humans only, or Save jobs, to hell with Dap(bigot). I wasnt prepared to
deal with such hostility. It had never crossed my mind that people would not like our creation
simply because he wasnt human, although, after the last war between the police and the nonhumans(war) that they had created to help them in the field, I could see why they wouldnt like
the idea. One yellled You know its going to turn on us!(warning 1) Nevertheless, we had to
push on, so we called the police and they cleared out the crowd so we could enter the hospital
with DAP.
***Present time***
The red and blue lights flashed and beeped across Daps smooth(text 1) chest when we
first turned him on, the excitement rushed through me, adrenaline and anticipation filled the
room. You could almost smell(smell 3) the curiosity in the room. Everyone wanted to know how
we had done it. But as soon as it began, it was over, Dap turned off. Johnson! Whats going on?!
I yelled. He rushed over and toyed with some settings in Daps control panel located behind his
shiny new backplate, and the lights came back on. DAP, reporting for duty.
The first patient was an obese southern man who smelled of cigarettes and mountain dew.
His lack of hair(text 2) caused the hospital lights(light 5) to reflect off his head like a spotlight,
and when he walked in the room he was breathing so hard that it sounded(sound 1) like a walrus
had entered the room. We knew that he had type one diabetes and high blood pressure, but would
DAP know? Step onto the scale. Said DAP. His voice was void(sound 2) of any emotion,
unlike the nurses that typically handed this part of the examination. The man complied, and DAP
read the numbers. 5 foot 7, 300 pounds. Extreme obesity. A blood prick will be required. The
man put his hand out, and DAP, using a small needle in his right hand, took a small amount of
the man's blood. DAP stood there for 2 or three minutes, whirling sounds(sound 3) and beeping
noises from his chest being the only sign that he was still functioning(translation). Then he said
Diabetes, type one, high blood pressure, take an insulin shot before every meal and take the
blood pressure pill that I will send to your nearest pharmacy. Goodbye. And that was it. We had
done it. The man, with an astounded look on his face, said You guys arent even worried this
thing is gonna kill someone accidently.( warning 2) He got your info right. Said Johnson, and
the man agreed and left the room. We had done it, we had created a machine to diagnose and
prescribe.
Three months had passed since we left DAP(auto) in that muggy hospital before we got a
call from the engineer that we had left to monitor him. In that time, we had been to 5 debates
about the legality and morality of DAP, received an award from the president, and 8 lawsuits
from people in the hospital that claimed that DAP had harmed them or prescribed the wrong
dosage, which were all money schemes and totally bogus. I loved DAP. Not only had he made
me a millionaire, with all of the orders that were coming in from hospitals all over the nation, but
he had made me one of the medical greats. The textbook companies had already contacted me for
permission to use my name and picture in the newest editions of the medical books, calling it a
medical revolution.

The worry on his voice was what let me know that it was serious. I think that DAP
might have killed someone. My world crashed. The lights(light 3) around me faded and the only
noise that I heard was a bang as the phone that I had dropped as I was fainting hit the
smooth(text 3) floor, right after I did. I awoke to the rank smell(smell 4) of smelling salts. There
are reporters outside. Said Johnson. What do we do? I had no clue. How could DAP have
killed someone. The engineer said that the man that DAP had killed was insulting DAP
throughout the entire exam, although he had seemed perfectly healthy. The supervisor in the
room said that DAP took his blood, and his diagnosis was Evil, and then he snapped his neck and
said next patient. I threw up. The room filled with the smell(smell 5) of Sushi, what I had eaten
for lunch, I could see the chunks on the ground,(text 4) and the lights began to fade out again.
Sir! Johnson yelled(sound 4), bringing me back. We had to shut him down. I knew that much.
My fame was gone. My creation had taken a life, even if it was an insignificant one. We went
down to Arkansas, and this time the protest was much larger. We pushed through it and made it
into the basement of the hospital, where they were keeping DAP. What did I do wrong, he said.
It seems that there is a malfunction in the learning algorithm sir. It almost seems to have
emotions. Said Johnson. Impossible I responded. Turn it off. (prob)Johnson was the only
person that knew how, and he moved to the metal(text 5) control panel and entered some code.
The lights(light 4) on DAP s chest blinked, and the whirring stopped(sound 5), and he crashed
to the ground(description). That's the difference, no common sense, all the book smarts in the
world.(human) Should we have built something to to diagnose sick patients?
