Introduction
The context for this module is centered on ecotourism and how it can contribute to conservation
and biodiversity.
The students respond to an advertisement from a travel company to develop a brochure for a
specific Eco-tour. They will be given some destinations and from research they will produce a
short brochure, advertising their chosen destination, its biological importance and the tour itself.
They will have to carry out research, analyse some facts and figures and carry out an
investigation to support their brochure.
