Action Steps: (Identify the concrete things you plan to do to reach your short-term goal in this category.)
Education*
1. Attend class every time to ensure I receive all material and information that will make me successful
2. Turn in all my assignments on time
3. Study for 2 hours before an exam, and as well as several days before
4. Get plenty of sleep and food so that my physical body is also taken care of
5. Keep a daily planner to keep track of all important dates and assignments, as well as any other notes

Narrative Statement: (How will your life look when you have achieved this long-term goal? This will help you
determine relevance and establish motivation.)
After I have completed school and received my BSN, I hope to move on and get a nice job in a hospital or clinic
near my house at the time. I am also hopeful to having a steady paying job that has a consistent schedule, and a fairly
good paycheck. That way I can better provide for my future family. It will also relieve a lot of stress off my husband about
him not having to worry to cover bills on his own.

What obstacles will you need to overcome or what are you willing to sacrifice to achieve your long-term goal? (This step
will help you determine achievability.)
Currently as I am attending school most my money and time go towards classes. Due to time limits, I am not able
to work as often as Id like. So almost all my money goes towards school. Also I am currently living at my Moms house
to save money, and I dont have as much time as Id like to spend with my fianc. But in the long run It will all be worth
it.

I deserve this goal because: (This step will help you bolster your motivation.)
1. I am smart and still very young. I feel very capable of graduating with good grades.
2. I have no children that might hinder my devotion to school currently, but I am working harder now so that
someday I can start a family
I hereby commit to myself to achieve this goal.
