QXDM is built to run on Windows 2000, and Windows XP operating systems.
Support is not provided for Windows NT and Windows 9X variants.

supported by QCAT and APEX. For backwards compatibility with third party

The legacy 'Logging View' now generates ISF files rather than legacy DLF
files, with the following behavior:
a) When brought up it clears the current item store
b) When closed it saves the current item store to an ISF file with an
auto-generated name consistent with the past DLF naming convention
(MYYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.isf)
c) The contents of the ISF will be all items received between (a) and (b),
not just the items displayed in the 'Logging View' list

honors the cooperative lock on QPST ports. This was done to
prevent QXDM sessions from interferring with ASIA tests.
Any QPST client (including QXDM) that has locked a target port
will effectively block QXDM from using the target until the
port is unlocked. To resolve connection problems, run QPST
Configuration (Start->Programs->QPST) and verify that other QPST
clients are not running.
