Hello guys, how is everybody doing on this fine day?
Good. Alright so today we are going to be working on some NASPE

skills that have to do with movement. These are called

locomotor skills. Has anyone heard of locomotor skills
before? No. Well today we are going to learn how to do a
few of them. We are going to start off the day by getting a
good warmup, and then we will begin to learn some of
these locomotor skills in detail. There are going to be poly
spots for each of you, so that you dont run into any of your
classmates. I am going to give each of you a fluffy ball, and
you must hold on to this ball the entire time you do the
skills okay? Alright good. Now I will put you each on a
specific poly spot. You will see that the same colored spot
is 15 ft away from you. Once I tell you to do so, you are
going to do the skill I yell out, and you guys are going to do
it to the poly spot in front of you, and then back to your
original poly spot. Does everyone understand what you are
going to be doing today? Awesome, lets get ready to learn
some locomotor skills!!
