minor 2.
No color - % greater than or equal to 75.
Green - % greater than or equal to 50 and less than 75.
Yellow - % greater than or equal to 25 and less than 50.
Red - % greater than or equal to 10 and less than 25.
Blue - % greater than or equal to 0 and less than 10.
