Calculate the ripple factor for the bridge rectifier in figure 1-1 if the secondary

Determine the maximum current that the regulator can provide to the load if
all the transistors are made of silicon. What should be the power rating for
transistor Q1?

zener diode current, and zener diode current when the load is disconnected
