Introduction
After my partner, Leticia Lizbeth Armenta Gonzalez and I review all the subjects of
English, we decided to focus our attention in Grammar, because we both believe
that teaching Grammar is the hardest part when you are teaching a language and
in our personal opinion teachers should not started to teach grammar until the
students learn the language.
Transcription
In the Transcription my partner and I discuss the following questions; Do you think
Grammar is important when teaching a Language? We both agree that yes it is
important to teach grammar but not to the point that we get our students to focus
just in that subject. At what level of English you should mention Grammar to the
students? We both agree that it should be when the students already have enough
knowledge of the language to understand it better.

NOTE: We had troubles with hangouts and we couldn't use it.

Encountered Language Problems

One of the problem and I would said that it is the main problem, when you use
technology you encounter many problems such as you can not heard clearly what your
partner is trying to say, the internet goes in and out, and the sound of your voice
changes in a video conference.
Effective Strategies
Finally what it would be the best method of approach to teach grammar. In that we
have different opinions, I say that it should not be teach like it is first tell the
students to memorized the words like they are pronounce and at the end explain
why are some letter pronounce different like why the letter E does not have a
sound at the end of a word, and she say that we should teach it like it is.

Report to your tutor explaining how you felt doing this activity
In this activity, it was kind of hard for me, first, because, I have never work with
Google Hangouts and also, because, I am not that good with technology. I would
also say that this would not be a good way to have our students to work in an
assignment, because, a lot of them does not have enough knowledge to work with
technology and they do not have the access to the equipment to achieve it.

Conclusion:
Grammar in ELT is an issue, that perhaps some teachers prefer to focus just on it,
but others might think it is not to important because the main purpose of English
teachers is that students speak and be able to communicate in that language. We
believe that Grammar needs to be combined with different elements and ways of
teaching, in order for grammar not to be so bored at the time you are teaching it.
Teachers should find effective strategies that help to achieve their purpose
