A. Introduction
This project is an Apple shape condominium; it has 4 floors within 21 rooms. It is a
multi-functional condominium. In every condo units it has a 2 in 1 basement. The fancy
basement has its important tool cause in this project; behind the carpet has a thick glass that
hides the basement. Through the use of 2 in 1 basement, will make every family continuing their
goal of having a strong healthy relationship among them which is connected to the most
important usage of this basement. That every parent can have their work on the basement, while
watching their childrens above playing.
Our objectives on this project are it is a multi-functional condominium, to attract the
clients through the apple shape style condominium.

Explanation

This apple shape condominium cost 216,000,000 million pesos to construct. There
will be 21 rooms, and it will cost 42-80 million pesos. For the construction of the other part of
the building it will cost 20-50 million pesos. The materials that are needed or would be used to
build this condominium are steel, wood, cement, glass, bricks, stones, construction vehicles and
many more. It will take two years to finish the construction of the condominium.
Nowadays, some parents especially some mother have a job for their family and
they dont have time to be with their children. Also almost of all the single mothers or fathers
that are rich chooses a condominium instead of having own house. So we think of a project that
can be helpful for everybody. And for those who are rich that can avail the price of every unit.
Well assure you that your money is in good hands in taking this, because your relationship to
your child will be stronger enough of building a healthy relationship.
You would feel the enjoyment of having a different type of a condominium that
makes you unique and gives you fun. As added up to its good thing, the condominium has its
amazing function that even if it has 21 rooms the consume of the spaces of this condominium
building are very small that even in city can built this type of a project.
