Teach various nutrition and physical education lessons, two hours weekly, to 20 - 25 elementary
school children in an afterschool program, convey how to implement healthy choices to give the
students the skills they need to live a healthy lifestyle
Worked directly under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian to counsel one on one with families
and children who were at risk for obesity, 3 hours weekly
Worked directly under a Registered Dietitian in presenting nutrition classes (sugar detox, paleo
lifestyle, brain health, eating on a budget) to over 80 people in a variety of settings, posted healthy
recipes on social media to engage participants

each day and treated highs and lows accordingly
Worked alongside individuals with autism in horticulture, culinary and creative arts tasks, assisted
with Bittersweet Farms Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, 3 hours weekly
Develop various three-day, calorie specific meal plans for Kent State Universitys Sports Dietitian, to
be used as a guide for student athletes, plan and prepared food stations to support athletes
nutritional needs
