Students will complete research project to learn about famous Tennesseans

and their importance in Tennessee History.
Given a list of ten Famous Tennesseans, the learner will identify five out of ten
Greater Tennesseans.
Given a computer and PowerPoint the learner will be able to identify at least
three accomplishment of Famous Tennesseans.
Given a computer in word process the learner will create and label a table
containing the Great Tennesseans, a image , their accomplishments and their
impact with a score three out of four on the rubric.
Tn. Standards 3.13 Summarize how people interact with their environment to
satisfy basic needs and how geographic challenges are resolved, including
housing, industry, transportation, communication, bridges, dams, tunnels,
canals, freshwater supply, irrigation systems, and landfills.
ISTE Standards 2d Students manage their personal data to maintain digital
privacy and security and are aware of data-collection technology used to
track their navigation online. 3b
Students evaluate the accuracy, perspective, credibility and relevance of
information, media, data or other resources.
I learn a lot of interesting ways of implementing technology in this lesson. I
am looking forward to learning much more, because this was a struggle for
me completing this lesson plan. My goal is to get better and learn how to
make it more interesting.
