Gloves not always worn when handling ready to eat cold

A few items were out of date by one day but had not been
thrown away yet in the cooler
Some packages were open and not sealed up properly in the
cooler
Three compartment sink needs cleaned (noncritical)
Thermometers were off when checked for calibration
