I hope this mail will find you in good health. It is my pleasure to inform you that IEEE RUET
WIE SB AG is willing to organize an idea contest titled as Ideation: Lets make the world a
safer place by innovation as a humanitarian event and a seminar on humanitarian issue.
IEEE RUET WIE Student Branch AG has been formed aiming at the female engineers to
benefit them through seminars, workshops providing proper opportunities of networking at
professional level. With this enthusiasm, this time the branch wishes to work with the guidance
and support of WIE, BDS. As we are a newly formed group, your valuable direction will help
us resulting a successful program.
We will be delighted if we have you in our midst on this event. Your presence will inspire the
young engineers and we will be grateful if you please have a speech on any topic related to
women leadership and technology
We are expecting 20 groups (each consisting maximum three members) from Rajshahi
University of Engineering and technology( RUET) in our contests. As the only source of
expenses is the registration fee, It is not sufficient to meet up the budget. It would be so kind of
you if you could manage some fund for the humanitarian event to overcome the problem. Again,
we invite you as honorable judge for our contest. We shall be highly obliged if you please grant
our fund and kindly accept the invitation of honorable judge in our event. You will find the
proposal and budget in the attachment.
