B. Supervision Supervisor, being the manager in a direct contact with the operatives, has got multifarious function to perform. The objective behind performance of these functions is to bring stability and soundness in the organization which can be secured through increase in profits which is an end result of higher productivity. C. Management The basic role of management are planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. D. Leadership Leadership is about getting results for your followers. If you get results, people will support you, often without caring too much about how you got them; without results, all the style or charisma in the world wont retain the support of your followers for long. A board definition of a leader as any person who influence individual and groups within organization, helping them in establishment of goals, and guiding the organization towards achievement of the goals. 2. Reason out why some leaders cannot lead Being a leader is not easy, someone are born to be a leader but you can learn the skill to be. Learning that skill needs time to achieve, and also you must have a charisma because sometimes even if you have the skill and the people doesnt like you i its useless because they will not work efficiently

Traditional leadership Leaders make the decisions and dictate work methods and processes. Followers are rarely trusted with decisions or important tasks while happy blend Employees may propose ideas Emphasis lies on training, development and work quality. 4. What is a workable locus of control in leadership? There are two types of locus of control, internal and external. Internal Leadership that allows subordinates to feel in charge of their work & makes them an integral part of the
decision-making process or participative leadership while external Leadership that
parallels subordinates feelings that outside forces control their circumstances. 5. Even as subordinates, how can you gain power. Even as a subordinate you can gain power to be a leader someday, some you can threaten the position of your boss by using coercive power, connection power by getting the answer of the grievances of your workmate. Thats the negative way. You can gain power via working with efficiency and always doing good thing to the organization.

You are a powerful influence in the lives of students, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, dispositions, sensibilities and character attributes necessary for responsible and engaged citizenship. You are responsible for creating safe havens, caring and demanding learning cultures, and effective schools that emphasize both excellence and equity. You create the conditions for success in teaching, learning and student achievement, and you engage parents and communities in meaningful ways to support learning. With all that you make happen in your schools, you also serve as leaders in your communities.
