Since 9 years Mr. Hillbrandt focuses on the renewable sector and since 7 years he gained extensive
experiences in offshore wind projects. In 2010 he was the Project Manager for a Front End Engineering
Design (FEED) Study for two Offshore Windparks in the German North Sea. This FEED Study comprises
the initial design, the layout and assessment of several alternative scenarios with respect to different
Windturbine and foundation combinations.
Since mid of 2010 Mr. Hillbrandt worked as Interface Manager in the design, engineering, construction
and commissioning phases for EONs Offshore Windfarm Amrumbank in the German North Sea. In this
role he has developed the methodology for identifying, tracking and management of all technical
interfaces. During the construction of Amrumbank he organized and managed the interim offshore works
as part of the logistics team.
Since one year he is in the development team for tender projects in the Netherlands and in Germany.
