Dear [insert name of crew member],

Thank you for choosing Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. as you continue your career at
sea. As part of the requirements for your next contract [insert joining date / ship /
joining port], we are sending your POEA package via 2GO/LBC to the permanent
home address you provided in your C-TRAC account.
If you are currently on board and need to validate or edit your permanent home
address, please go to your HR Center as soon as possible.
If you are on vacation and need to validate or edit your permanent home address,
please log into MyRCLHome and select C-TRAC to verify and/or make the necessary
changes as soon as possible.
The POEA package contains the following documents:

Terms and Conditions

Information Sheet

Allotment Form

We need to process your POEA documents as soon as possible so you can move a
step closer to securing your new assignment. Please take note of the following
instructions:
1. Review your POEA Contract, Terms and Conditions, and Information Sheet
carefully. If everything is in order, affix your signature on the spaces provided
(please note that the Terms and Conditions consist of six (6) pages, which you
need to sign individually).
If there are any discrepancies and/or if you have any questions, please send
us an email as soon as possible at MyRCLManila@rccl.com.
2. Fill out the Allotment Form completely and accurately.
3. Enclose the following documents in one sealed long brown envelope:

Three (3) signed copies of your POEA Contract

Two (2) signed copies of the Terms and Conditions

One (1) copy of your Information Sheet

Your Seamans Book with original Seafarers Registration Certificate


(SRC)

Additional requirements (all original) indicated in the Visa Package on


RCLCrewTravel if your next assignment requires a new visa

4. Send the package via 2GO or LBC* to:

If you received your POEA package via RCLCrewTravel before signing off,
please send us all the documents indicated in step 3 within seven (7) days
after your sign-off date.
If you received your POEA package after signing off, please send us all the
documents indicated in step 3 within 24 hours.
As always, we appreciate your cooperation as we strive to provide you with a
smooth joining process. Safe travels!
*Delivery via 2GO and LBC, our partner couriers, is free of charge. You will shoulder the
delivery charges if you use a different courier. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our LBC account is still
being processed so please use 2GO to send your documents for free. We will inform you as
soon as our LBC account is ready.
How to Use 2GO/LBC: Please enclose the documents you will be sending inside a sealed long
brown envelope and make sure you put the corresponding address. You need to provide the
2GO or LBC representative who will be processing your package with the corresponding RCCL
Crew Management Inc. account numbers. The 2GO account number is 2016000079; we will
provide you with the LBC account number as soon as it is available. You also need to provide
your Employee ID Number, Name, Position, and Letter of Employment (if it is already available)
as well as a government-issued ID (drivers license, SSS ID, etc).
