Download the Google Drive application from


your service providers application market. For
iPhones, this will be the App Store. For Androids,
this will be the Google Play Store. Click SIGN
IN on the bottom left-hand corner to sign in.

Enter your password and click NEXT.

If you already have a Google Drive


account, enter your email in the
prompted line. Click NEXT.

You are ready to begin using Google


Drive on your phone.

Click on the lines in the top right


corner to toggle the view between list
and grid. (NOTE: The view shown is the
grid view.)

Manage more than one Google Drive


Account on your mobile device by adding an account to your phone
application. Click on the three lines in
the top left-hand corner.

Click Manage Accounts to add another


account.

To switch between accounts, click on


your name/email at the top of the screen.

To add a new account, click Add acount.

Enter the email address for the account


you wish to add and click NEXT.

Enter the password for the account and


click NEXT.

Click on the three buttons arranged


vertically in the top right-hand corner of
the screen.

Choose how you would like your folders/files


to be sorted by. Tap on the grey area to return
to your Google Drive landing page.

Click on Sort by... to view the different


options for sorting folders/files.

Organizing Folders/Files

To upload a new file to any folder in your


Google Drive, click on the blue cirlce
with a plus sign inside in the bottom lefthand corner of the screen.

Choose where you will be importing your


file from.

Click Upload to add a new photo.

Click on the album where your photo is


located.

Tap on the photo to select it.

After your photo is uploaded, a grey bar


will appear at the bottom to notify you that
your upload has been completed.

After you select your photo, tap Upload in


the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

To rename a file or folder, click on the


three dots arranged vertically on the bottom right-hand corner of the file/folder
you wish to rename.

After scrolling down on the menu, click


Rename to rename your photo.

A menu will appear at the bottom of the


screen. Scroll up on the screen in order
to view more options, including the option to rename the file.

Enter the new name for the file/folder. Then


click RENAME.

Click on the blue circle with the plus sign to


can create a new folder.

Enter the name for the file and tap CREATE


to name and create the new folder.

Click on the Folder icon to create a new


folder.

Click on the three dots arranged vertically


on the bottom right-hand corner of the file
you wish to move.

Click My Drive to select the destination


folder.

Click Move to move the file into a new


folder.

Select the folder you wish to move your


file to, and the click MOVE HERE at the
bottom of the screen.

Click on the three dots arranged vertically


on the right-hand side of the folder/file you
wish to share.

Type the persons email in the circled area.

Click on Add people to share the photo with


others.

corner to share the folder/file.
