However, seeing my staffs are developing as they want to be through their own endeavor is definitely what I'm very proud of. Whenever I'm about to do any project, I always think about what are the concerns and the goals. A clear vision always come up in my mind, and I recognize the steps to obtain it with my team. Throughout my work, I constantly asking my team What do you think?, because I believe my team would achieve more if everyone's involved in making decisions. I value team harmony, and I make sure that everyone takes ownership of the team projects so that everyone can experience things as they expected. 5. Industry engagement Training and workshops will engage a more intensive cooperation with oil / service companies. It is addressed to meet members expectation on how could they excel their knowledge, but having a life-time experience at the same time. Operations and planning I plan to increase programs quality by making our working environment more efficient. This will be done through an intensive involvement and cooperation of all divisions in SPE UI SC, thus increase a mutual understanding within the team. Community Involvement SPE UI SC is targeted to educate the society about the importance of global energy development. The community giving back will be held as a series of educational programs concerning on energy. Professional development Soft-skill and organizational skills development will be given aimed to discover the many formal, informal, and job-embedded professional-development keeping all staffs and members at the top of their game. Be prepared to be international in this internationalindustry business! Innovation SPE UI SC is at a crucial juncture to further evolve the science of innovation that defines the quality of tomorrow. For me, the simplest grouping of innovation is of the type we are used to: system-, process-, and programs-level innovation. Considering the pivotal condition of SPE, the overall concept that I offer will only change everything in SPE.
