This research study aims to find out the Road Users assessment on the city traffic
enforcers.
This study will seek to answer the following questions:
1. What is the profile of respondents in terms of:
1.1 Age;
1.2 Sex;
1.3 Civil Status;
1.4 Educational Attainment;
1.5 Occupation; and
1.6 Road user type
2. What are the common traffic related problems encountered by road users?
3. How do road users assess the city traffic enforcers in the performance of their
duties and responsibilities?

4. Are there significant differences on the assessment of traffic enforcers

performance when respondents are grouped according to profile variables?
5. What branding campaign may be proposed or designed to enhance the image of
Traffic Enforcers of Batangas City?
Suggestions:
In the questionnaire scaling change the very weak into (weak or poor).
The introduction is catchy but its not related on the title.
You cant use batanguenos because you cant identify the road users if it is a
batanguenos instead use batangas city road users.
Age limit is 18-60 years old road users.
In the title we will used the road users, but you will write in the scope and
limitation the type of road users that will answer your questionnaire.
