fiberglass insulation is placed in your wall cavity outside air easily flows through
the gaps between the batts of insulation and your wall studs. The inability of
fiberglass insulation to air seal cuts the effective R-value of your insulation to
almost zero. Gaco WallFoam is sprayed into your wail cavity filling every nook
and cranny, creating a uniform monolithic barrier. Out side air stays out and

R-value is the traditional means for measuring the

Who can apply Gaco WallFoam?

Only a factory trained and certified applicator can apply
the Gaco WallFoam system to your new home. Our
certified applicators are trained in the operation of the
proportioning unit used to spray apply the insulation, as
well as the technique to provide the product to meet your
local building codes.

What is R Value?
R Value is the resistance to heat transfer and is a
measure of insulating efficiency. A material with a higher
R Value will provide more insulation value per inch than
one with a lower value.

What is air seal?

Air seal is the ability to stop air infiltration from the
outdoors through gaps, holes and cracks in the wall
structure. Gaco WallFoam is an excellent option to stop air
leakage. It blocks all openings in the wall while conforming
to, and sealing, all contours and penetrations. With Gaco

GacoFlex LM-60 liquid
polyurethane coating has proven its
reliability again and again in below
grade and between slab
applications. GacoFlex LM-60 is a
100% solids, zero VOC coating,
meaning there is no smell to
disrupt the work of other trades
during the application process.
GacoFlex LM-60 is formulated for
both vertical and horizontal
applications, and will cling to
vertical surfaces without runoff at
the normal application rate of 4
gallons per 100 square feet. By
creating a watertight barrier for
structures of curving and sloping
