Re: Reply to the Demand to Pay the Loan with AB Bank of
Pasay dated _________________
Dear Sir:
I write in behalf of spouses Alfredo and Laura Dela Cruz in
connection to your Demand Letter dated ___________.
It was a shock on Spouses Dela Cruz part to have received
the letter because they have already settled the said loan. The
evidence of such payment one the Official Receipt No. 44444 and
Certification of Full Payment issued by Juan P. Tamd, the President
of AB Bank of Pasay, Inc., herein attached as ANNEXES A and
B respectively. In view of the forgoing, they no longer have an
existing loan since August 27, 1990 as indicated in the Certificate.
In fact on September 10, 2014, upon learning of the
liquidation of AB Bank of Pasay, we sent a Letter of Request for
Assistance in the Release of Torrens Titles addressed to Philippine
Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), herein attached as ANNEX
C.
In October 13, 2014, we received a letter from PDIC saying
that the subject Torrens Titles were not turned over by previous
bank personnel, herein attached as ANNEX D.
Based on the foregoing, our clients reiterate their claim that
they have already settled in full the loan.

Furthermore, they would like to request your good office for

assistance in the release of their Torrens Titles.
We trust for your favorable response and action on the
matter.
