Whereas the contract teachers having an intention to serve to the Ashram Schools on a contract basis
for the period specified hereunder and agreed to for this contract by abiding the terms and conditions of
this agreement.
Now this agreement witness and the parties hereto and hereby agree follows:1. That the Contract Teacher shall remain in the service of the Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare,
Bhadrachalam for a period commencing on the day of 2016 till ending on the
2016 or the 2017 working day of the academic session 2016-17 whichever is later. It is
specifically mentioned and agreed to by both the parties herein that the contract of this
employment IPSO/FACTO shall stand terminated on the last working day of the academic
session 2016-17 even if no specific date of termination is mentioned in this agreement and no
formal notice or order by the Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare, Bhadrachalam shall be necessary
to be issued to the party of the contract teachers.
2. That the contract teacher shall submit himself/herself to the orders of the Deputy Director, Tribal
Welfare, Bhadrachalam and of the officers/authorities under whom he/she may from time to
time be placed by the Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare officers and shall at all times obey the
rules prescribed and shall whenever required to perform such duties as may be assigned by
TW department to the contract teachers or by head maters or any other officers of Tribal
Welfare Department.
3. That the contract teachers shall employ himself/herself efficiently and diligently and to the best
of his/her ability as teachers of Tribal Welfare Ashram Schools. He/She will devote his/her
whole time to the duties of the services and shall not engage directly or indirectly in any
trade/business or occupation on his/her own account that he/she shall not (except in case of
accident or sickness certified by a civil surgeon/authorized medical officer) absent from duties
without having first obtained the permission from the head master or any other authorized
officer. The contract teachers shall not be entitled for salary for the period of absence for
whatever reason including ill health.
4. REMUNERATION
The Contract teachers working in institutions located in scheduled areas will be paid
remuneration of Rs. 4500.00 will be paid regarding school assistant/language pundits Gr.I Rs.
6000.00 will be paid in scheduled areas and Rs. 5500.00 to non-scheduled areas.
5. LEAVE

The contract teachers will be eligible for a ailment of 1 day authorized absence for

every completed month of service.


He/She will not be entitled for any other kind of leave if the contract teacher is absent
with permission and if he/she does not have casual leave at his/her credit the
proportionate remuneration will be deducted. The contract teachers appointed on
contract basis may be paid remuneration for the period of Dasara and Pongal holidays.

He/She will not be entitled for the salary during the summer vacations.
6. REDEPLOYMENT OF SERVICES
The District Tribal Welfare Officer reserves the right to redeploy the services of the contract
teachers from one institution to another during the currency of this agreement depending upon

the requirement of the Ashram Schools the contract teachers has agreed to work wherever
he/she is posted or wherever his/her services are required by the Deputy Director, Tribal
Welfare, Bhadrachalam.
7. JOB ASSIGNMENT
The contract teacher shall be required to teach any classes from III to X as per time table
drawn by the head master.
The contract teacher has agreed to serve the Ashram School in the manner in which the
Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare, required the service of contract teachers and to perform the
duties assigned by the Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare or its authorized officers including the
head master of the respective institution.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE Whereas the Tribal Welfare department stipulated the conditions
for termination as follows:
i.
This order of contract appointment shall cease to exist automatically at the end of the
academic session without any notice to the contract teacher or the date mentioned in
ii.

this contract whichever is later.


The Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare shall terminate the services of the contract teacher
without any previous notice, if the Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare officer is satisfied
basing on medical evidence that the contract teacher without any previous notice if the
Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare is satisfied basing on medical evidence that the contract
teacher benefit and is likely for considerable period to continue to be unfit by reasons of
ill-health for the discharge of his/her duties provided always that the decision of the

Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare shall be final and binding on the contract teacher

Welfare without any previous notice to the contract teacher find the teacher quality of
any in subordination, intemperance moral turpitude or other misconduct of any breach
or non-performance of any of he provision of these condition or if otherwise found
unsuitable for the efficient performance of his/her duties the Deputy Director, Tribal
Welfare shall dismiss the contract teacher from the service by giving on month notice to
the contract teacher in writing at any time during the service agreement without any

The Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare officer shall pay the contract teacher so long as
he/she remains in service and actually performance his/her duties monthly

remuneration or Rs. 6000/- (Rupees Six Thousand Only).


The contract teacher shall not be entitled to any other further benefits.
The Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare officer specially provides that in respect of any
matter of which no provision has been made in this agreement any rules made the
reunder and any rules made or deemed to have been made applicable to the extent to
which they are relevant to the services hereby provided for and the decision of the

Commissioner to Tribal Welfare shall be final.


It is expressly stated and agreed to by the contract teacher that any duration service
under this agreement shall in no way provide him/her any right to claim for absorption in
regular vacancies that exist now or may arise in future in the Tribal Welfare department.

He/She shall be terminated automatically as CRT as and when the DSC candidate
coordinates in the existing vacancy since he/she has been engaged against the existing
vacancy.

Notwithstanding anything herein before contained in this agreement the Commissioner of Tribal
Welfare shall be free to make departure from the terms and conditions of this agreement in
PUBLIC INTEREST
IN WITNESS WHERE OF on behalf of the Deputy Director, Tribal Welfare and by the contract
teacher have hereto and hereby set their hands the day, month and year above written.
