visual and audible signals to stop. Once stopped, the driver was found to have
consumed an unknown amount of marijuana, additional marijuana was recovered
from the vehicle. The driver was charged with Fleeing, Tampering with Physical
Evidence, Possession of Marijuana and was issued a citation for Open Container.
