QUALITY CONTROL

All products and raw materials are sourced from reliable manufacturers or
agents. All these manufacturers / agents offer money back / stock return
policy and Bevco has therefore also adopted the same policy on returns.
Process
No retention samples are kept due to the fact that we are not a
manufacturer of the product, but merely add value to an existing product.
All products procured are based on a specific requirement and price
parameters that is acceptable to the marketplace. There is however
substitute products that we offer our clients where price is sensitive, and
savings are priority.
All raw materials are weighed and checked at receiving. Any product that
is sub-standard to the quality that we require gets returned straight away.
Any damaged stock i.e. outer cartons get returned as well to eliminate any
contamination especially relating to milk & milk substitute products.
All products being used in the value-added division gets sorted and QC
checks are done. Half packed sachets are put aside to be returned to the
respective supplier.
After this process and the final packing, a last quality control check is
done to ensure that the correct quantity gets packed in a carton. Because
it is extremely personalised, we must ensure that the correct quantity
goes in a box.
Two samples are taken prior to despatch to verify the accuracy.
