NUMBER 213/PMK.011/2011 CONCERNING THE DETERMINATION OF GOODS
CLASSIFICATION
SYSTEM AND IMPOSITION OF IMPORT DUTY TARIFF ON IMPORTED GOODS
BY THE GRACE OF THE GOD THE ALMIGHTY
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Considering : a. whereas in accordance with Number 942 Appendix III of the
Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 213/PMK.011/2011
concerning Determination of Goods Classification System and
Imposition of Import Duty Tariff on Imported Goods , has
determined the import duties on imported goods in the form of
soybeans with tariff lines (HS) 1201.90.00.00 is 5% (five percent);
b. whereas in order to maintain the domestic soybean price stability
while still taking into account the interests of farmers and
consumers, adjustment is needed for the imposition of import
duties tariff on imported goods in the form of soybeans;
c. whereas the Minister of Trade by letter Number: 1906/MDAG/SD/9/2013 dated September 19, 2013 on Adjustment of
Import Duty Tariff on Soybean, propose to adjust import duty
tariff on imported goods in the form of soybeans with tariff lines
(HS) 1201.90.00.00 of 5 % (five percent) to 0 % (zero percent), the
imposition of these import duty tariffs may be reviewed in
accordance with the development of soybeans and current
economic conditions;
d. whereas the Minister of Agriculture through letter Number
153/KU.210/M/9/2013/Rhs dated September 18, 2013 on
Exemption of Soybean Import Duty, expressed consent to a
temporary exemption for import duty of imported soybean;
e. whereas based on the considerations set forth in letter a, b, c, and
d, and in order to implement the provisions of Article 13
paragraph (2) of Law No. 10 of 1995 concerning Customs as
amended by Law No. 17 of 2006, it is necessary to stipulate

E IT HEREBY RESOLVED:

To stipulate : REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING

AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF
FINANCE NUMBER 213/PMK.011/2011 CONCERNING THE
DETERMINATION OF GOODS CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM AND
IMPOSITION OF IMPORT DUTY TARIFF ON IMPORTED GOODS.
Article I
To determine the import duty on imported goods in the form of
soybeans with tariff lines (HS) 1201.90.00.00 as referred to in
Number 942 Appendix III of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance
Number 213/PMK.011/2011 concerning the Goods Classification
System and Imposition of Import Duty Tariff on Imported Goods to
0% (zero percent).
Article II
1. Imposition of import duty as referred to in Article I may be
evaluated in accordance with the development of soybean prices
and economic conditions.
2. Imposition of import duty as referred to in Article I, applicable on
the import of goods in the form of soybeans with tariff lines (HS)
1201.90.00.00 which documents of customs declaration for
importation notification has been given number and date of
registration from the entry port Customs Office from the date of

entry into force of this Ministerial Regulation.

3. This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force five (5) days from
the date of promulgation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall
promulgated in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
