DUPONT 373P27680 - Low Temp Cure

FLEXIBLE/CONDUCTIVE POLYURETHANE PRIMER
SUGGESTED FILM THICKNESS

TYPE
A high performance, low VOC (<3.5 lbs/gal RTS), two- component,
lead & chrome free urethane flexible and conductive primer-filler.
A two-package, low VOC urethane primer that is activated with Imron
193S Activator (or Imron 194S Activator for reduced HAPS
applications) to deliver maximum performance properties. This product
is conductive and allows electrostatic application of topcoats over nonferrous substrates such as fiberglass and plastic. It is also flexible and
provides outstanding impact and chip resistance.

SUGGESTED USES
For use over properly treated non-ferrous substrates such as
fiberglass and plastic. May also be used over properly treated
ferrous substrates such as aluminum and steel

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR

Immersion service.
Marginally treated substrate.
Compatible with all DuPont OEM/Fleet Topcoat systems.
Highly recommended for use under Imron 5000 and Imron
6000.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

ENVIRONMENTAL

Do not apply if material, substrate or ambient temperature is less

than 50F (10C) or above 110F (43C). The substrate must be at
least 5F (3C) above the dew point. Relative humidity should be
below 90%.

APPLICATION

Stir DuPont 373P27680 thoroughly to insure uniformity.

To 4 parts DuPont 373P27680 add 1 part Imron 193S or
Imron 194S Activator. Add up to 1 oz. MasterTint 8989S
Accelerator to the activated gallon. Mix thoroughly.
For Siphon application set air pressure to 60-70 PSI at the gun.
For Pressure Pot application set fluid delivery at 8-10 oz/minute
and set air pressure to 60-70 PSI at the gun.
DuPont 373P27680 builds at approximately 1.1-1.5 mils per
pass with a recommended set up. Apply using a cross coat
technique, top to bottom then side to side. Each coat should
be medium-wet. No flash time is required between coats.
