Tax Rules:
1. Service Charge 5% on Room Rent.
2. Service Tax 8.7% after addition of Service Charge on Room Rent(when room rent is Rs. 1,000 or above)..
3. Luxury Tax 5% on Room Rent (when room rent is Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,999) [Only for AC room].
4. Luxury Tax 10% on Room Rent (when room rent is Rs. 3,000 and above) [Only for AC room].

Terms & conditions:

1. ID proof for all tourist is mandatory (child below 12 years exempted)
2. The Hotel / lodge are not transferable and are valid only if one of the ID card noted above is presented during the cheek in. The customers should carry with him Print out
of the Electronic Reservation Slip.
3. One child below 8 years of age may stay with parents without additional room tariff.
4. Reservation may be cancelled by the user through this portalportal (only for online payments made by citizen). The Amount of Refund will be reversed to the debit/ credit
card/bank account after deducting the cancellation charges.
5. Reservation may be cancelled in acute administrativerequirement. No cancellation charge will be deducted in such case.
6. WBTDC will not be liable against non- availability of amenities / services caused by irreparable technical faults or natural inconvenience.

1. WBTDCL respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified, such as name,
address, and telephone number) you share with us. We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our web
sites.
2. In general, you can visit WBTDCL website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We track the Internet address of the
domains from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but the individual user remains anonymous.
3. WBTDCL will not disclose any information (derived from the registration form or booking Form) to third parties, or use of, any online service (including names and
addresses) without the consent of the user or customer (except as required by any legal process). WBTDC will allow suppliers to access the information for purposes of
confirming your registration and providing you with benefits you are entitled to.
4. If any change in our privacy policy in the future, it will be posted on WBTDCL portal with the new effective date. You should access our privacy policy regularly to ensure
you understand our current policies.

Cancellation Rules :
Percentage of deductions on advance :
1. Clear 15 (Fifteen) days and above: 20% of the room rent will be deducted.
2. Between Clear 07(Seven) days & 14(Fourteen) days: 40% of the room rent will be deducted.
3. Between Clear 04(Four) days & clear 06(Six) days: 60% of the room rent will be deducted
4. Between Clear 01(One) day & clear 03(Three) days: 80% of the room rent will be deducted.
5. Less than clear 01(One) days: No refund(Excluding the day of Check-In)
Clear Days- means that the date of occupation and the date of cancellation would not be counted.Moreover,Sunday & Holidays would not be
excluded for calculation of cancellation charges.
For part cancellation, normal refund rules will be charged as per rules.
Refund admissible only upon production of the original reservation ticket.
For Hollong Tourist Lodge-No refund is admissible.
