I would like to personally welcome you to The Pink Sands Club & Canouan
Estate. It gives my team and myself great pleasure to be looking after you
and to tend to your needs while you are embracing your time with us.
Canouan, also known as the Island of tortoises, is the ideal destination
for relaxation. With its natural beauty, spectacular views and the many
activities we offer, you will leave the island feeling that you have found
your own little paradise.
We have created a program of special events and experiences to make
this Festive Season at Canouan even more magical. As our valued guests,
and friends please join us in sharing the Canouan Christmas spirit and
welcoming the New Year 2017.

COCKTAILS
Bellinis Bar
Conveniently located steps from
the Canouan Golf Shop, Bellinis
is the ideal place for Golfers to
refresh before or after a game.
Bellinis Bar is open daily from
6:30am until 7:00pm (Bellinis Bar
will remain open until 11:00pm on
evenings when La Piazza is open
for dinner).
Shell Beach Bar
Sheltered by Mount Royal, Shell
Beach is a hidden gem and
perfect for those seeking an
authentic Caribbean beach
experience. The bar and grill offers
an enticing array of local flavors
from grilled fish to jerk chicken.
Shell Beach Bar is open daily from
9:00am until 6:00pm.
Breakfast is served every morning

from 7:00am until 11:00am at
Lagoon Cafe and at Bellinis.
Lunch is available every day from

12:00pm until 4:00pm at Shell
Beach, The Pink Sands Club Pool
Bar & at LAnce Guyac.
Dinner is served from 6:30pm until

10:00pm. Different restaurants are
open each evening, please refer
to the daily festive program.
Pool Bar
Sip classic and innovative cocktails
while you enjoy the incredible sea
views at the swim up bar. The Pool
Bar is open daily from 10:00am until
6:00pm (Pool Bar will remain open

until 11:00pm on evenings when
dinner is served pool side).
Turtles Bar
With its Hamptons inspired interior
and open terrace, Turtles Bar &
Lounge is the perfect setting in
which to unwind after a day in

the Caribbean sun. Sip attentively
crafted cocktails under the
twinkling night sky, whilst the ocean
waves gently caress the sandy
shoreline. Turtles Bar is open daily
from 4:00pm until midnight.

Juliet
A contemporary Grill with an emphasis on the best
quality and responsibly sourced meats & fish served
simply but elegantly.
Signature dishes: Black Angus Prime beef fillet, oysters,
Foremans London smoked salmon, Foie gras.
Romeo
Pan Asian Cuisine featuring an open kitchen,
equipped with a Molteni stove, tandoori & brick oven.
Signature dishes: Family style cuisine with Oriental
flavors from Tandoori lamb cutlets, Nasi Goreng,
Malaysian shrimp curry, Thai curries to Vietnamese Pho.
Pink Sands Pool Bar

Peruvian Nikkei inspired cuisine eaten either poolside
or on the terrace overlooking our infinity pool and the
Caribbean sea

Mediterranean infused seafood and tapas dishes
decoratively inspired by the azure blue waters of

Two story Italian Ristorante with grand wine cellar
offering one of the largest collections of Italian wines
in the Caribbean.
LAnce Guyac
Eclectic world cuisine with fresh pastas, BBQ grilled
fish and meats cooked beachside with a modern
Caribbean vibe.
Signature dishes: Eggplant Parmigiana, lobster ravioli,

Cotoletta alla Milanese.
Signature dishes: Linguini gambaretti, BBQ coffee

smoked ribs, assorted seafood platter, crab cakes.
Activities
An extensive range of complimentary activities is sure to
keep the busiest of people entertained. Windsurfing, pedal
boats, kayaking and snorkeling equipment are included
in the room rates as well as the use of three floodlit tennis
courts and access to the Fitness Center.
Other activities that can be arranged include Guided
Hikes to Mount Royal, Tennis Lessons and Personal Training.

designed 18 hole championship Golf Course with one
