Constantly checking labor and waste percentages, among other statistics, and making
sure they stay at or under par to Starbucks standards
Responsible for all currency from the beginning to end of shift
Staying in communication between store manager as well as other shift managers in
order to continue workplace success, as well as employee happiness
Counseled individual students on multiple topics, such as grief, relationships, postsecondary options, crisis, etc.
Ran counseling groups based off of data collected through academic performance as
well as providing lessons and techniques that would benefit the students later on in
their high school career
Assisted 8th grade students from MHS feeder schools complete their Personalized
Education Plans by providing career counseling and looking at their interests, not only

program in the upcoming season
