The following entities are included within the Release BSS13:

The BSC S12 Release is the last compatible software level for the
Nokia 2nd Gen. & PrimeSite BTS products

The BSS13 is supported by the following Releases:

NetActTM - OSS4.2 CD Set 1 or OSS5.1


MSC - M14
Media Gateway U3C
SGSN - SG6 (with CD6)

BSS S13 does not support PBCCH/PCCCH and Background loading


of RN plan
