INDEMNITY CUM AFFIDAVIT

This Indemnity cum Affidavit is executed at Ghaziabad this ____ day


of March 2016, by:
I , Mr Rajdeep Pawar , S/o Sh. Mahesh Chand Pawar, R/o, Flat No.
UG-1, C-81, Chander Nagar, Ghaziabd, Uttar Pradesh 201011.
(hereinafterreferred to as "Indemnifier ")
IN FAVOUR OF
M/s Gaur sons Hi-tech Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd., a Company having,
its Registered Office at Gaur Biz Park, Plot no. 1, Abhay

Khand-II,

Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P., hereinafter called "the Indemnity


Holder".
(The expressions, "Indemnifierand Indemnity Holder shall, unless it
be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean
and include their respective successors and assignees)
The abovementioned Indemnifier does solemnly affirm and declare as
follows:

1. That the above mentioned names and addresses are true.


2. That the Apartment number 221, on 2nd Floor, Block-C, Plot No.
GH-01, GC-5, 5th Avenue, Sector-4, Gaur City, Greater Noida,

201307

(U.P.)

was

originally

allotted

in

the

names

of

Mr.

RajdeepPawar, S/0 Sh.Mahesh Chand Pawar and Mrs. Mukta


Pawar,

W/o

Sh.

Mahesh

Chand

Pawar

as

allottees.

3. That the deceased Mrs. Mukta Pawar, expired on 29 th May 2013


leaving behind the following surviving members:(a) Mr. Mahesh Chand Pawar S/o Late . (Husband)
(b) Mr. Sandeep Pawar s/o Mr. Mahesh Chand Pawar( Son)
(c) Mr. Rajdeep Pawar s/o Mr. Mahesh Chand Pawar ( Son)
(d) Mr. Abhishek Pawar s/o Mr. Mahesh Chand Pawar ( Son)
The Death certificate of Late Mrs. Mukta Pawar, no objections
certificate

from

remaining

surviving

Member/certificate

and

surviving Member/certificate of the above said members are


hereunder attached as Annexure A& B.
4. That I the indemnifier shall always keep the company indemnified in
all respects, if any loss/legal proceedings are initiated against the
company

with

respect

to

said

flat.

5. Further I , hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the


company from and against all future claims, demands, actions,
proceedings, losses, damages, recoveries, judgments, costs, charges
and expenses which may be made or brought or commenced against

the company on account of our representations directly or indirectly


with respect to above stated flat.
VERIFICATION
I , the above named Indemnifier, do hereby verify that the statements
mentioned in the above paragraphs are true to the best of our
knowledge and belief and that nothing material has been concealed.

hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:1. That the deponent is residing at above noted address and one of the
legal heir of the deceased Mrs. Mukta Pawar (mother of deponent).

201307 (U.P.) was originally allotted in the names of Mr.
RajdeepPawar, S/0 Sh.Mahesh Chand Pawar (Brother of
deponent )and Mrs. Mukta Pawar, W/o Sh. Mahesh Chand
Pawar(mother of deponent ) as allottees.

4.

That the deponent has agree to relinquish/release his share,


rights, interest, title, claim assets, liabilities, etc. due to love and
affection, as a family settlement in favour of my brother Rajdeep
Pawar in respect abovementioned property. After execution of
this deed the my brother Mr.Rajdeep Pawar will be the absolute
owner in respect of my share in the property mentioned above.

That

the

deponent

has

made

this

no

objection/

relinquish/release his share voluntarily, out of free will desire


and without any pressure, undue influence, coercion.
6.

That

the
