Connect all the components as spe-
cified on the previous page.
The safcty expansion vessel con-
nection with the security valve of the
hydraulic kit must not be longer than 2
meters, non folded and witmou points

of 3/4” It is recommended to use the
provided hose.
After the hydraulic installation, the
closed circuit has to be cleaned. ‘The
cleaning of the circuit is done with
water, if last 15 minutes and it is done
isolating the pump with the two valves
which are before and after it, leaving
open the two filling and emptying keys
and closing the flowmeter. |
‘Before the system starts it is necessary
to check the tightness of all connes-

Client instructions: advices:
+ In_ solar systems, it_ is not
necessary the user intervention. Ho-
‘wever, we recommend after the first 15
working days, to check the closed cir-
cuit pressure’ (collector-accunmulator)
and temperatures are in normal leveles,
regarding the control time, the insulati-
on and the “Installation sheet”
+ Request your installer the change
‘of magnesium anode every 2 years.
+ It is recommended to clean the
glass collector regularly in low rainfall
areas.
Once finished the installation,
the installer must inform to the client
about the working of the system,
In case of system malfunction, it is
adviced to contact your installer in the
first place, since he knows all the in
stallation parameters.
In case of malfunction (instruc-
tions to the installer)
Please make sure that:
+ Weather conditions let-the-wor-
king of the system
* Collectorswafé not shaded and
glasses are eleane are no leaks.
There is not leaking in the closed
“elrcuit, and all the connections are well
insulated
+ The controller. parameters are
comect,
= The pump works when the we-
ather conditions require it Touching
the pump it is possible to feel the
system vibrations. Check the electrici-
ty grid and if it is necessary contact an
al od installer.

and works eee
* The close circuit pressure check

bly) is the same as the written in “in-
stallation sheet”(3-4 bar) For the im-
mediate working ofthe system, fill the
close circuit with the mixture of water
and antifreeze or adjust the automatic
filling key until reach the indicated
pressure in the “Installation sheet”
+ There is enough liquid in the col-
lector-accumulator’s circuit, During
days with much insolation and normal
