Percussion Therapy for Insomnia Insomnia ts a very common condition. It would be nice to be able to overcome it without having to take sleeping tablets. As many of you will be aware Qigong exercises are very powerful and these simple slapping nsomnia, suffered mainly by people who have to use a great deal of mental energy at work and students, is commonly caused by sleeping induced functional disorder of the central nervous system because ‘of excessive mental activities and stress.
