Theory
1. The test in theory shall be performed by the competitor in one (1) hour. It
will be 30 items test.
2. The Competitor shall be awarded 1 point per each correct answer.
3. The question is in multiple choice type, so that the competitor shall encircle
the letter of the correct answer.

Project Assembly
1. The Competitor will inspect the components and tools within 30 minutes.
The competitors are allowed to change the parts before the start of the
assembly of the project.
2. The competitor will assemble a Power On Delay with HC821 and 9V
APT41 featured on Electronic Enthusiasts Projects and Circuits Volume 1
within the prescribed time of 3 hours.
3. On completion, the competitors will submit their assembled Power On
Delay to the Contest Administrator and leave the area immediately.

1. Test project marking
1.1The experts will decide together on the test project, the marking criteria
and the dimensional tolerances on Forms 5, 5A and 6, and they will
prepare the materials list.

The test in theory shall be performed in one (1) hour. It will be a 30 items
test. In every correct answer a score of 1 point shall be awarded to the
participant.
* Preparation of Theory Questions
Three (5) questions (6 copies/question) shall be prepared by each
participating province. Each province will contribute equal number
of questions. Draw lots of questionnaire will apply if the number
of questionnaire cannot be distributed equally per competing
region.
One page per question. Use 8.5 x 11 bond paper and Arial size
14 for font.
The questionnaire should be multiple choice and preferably with
Drawings.
Prepare Key to Correction and solution for mathematical
computation if applicable. This will be used for the validation which
will be done before the checking of the answers of the competitor.
If a question is invalid, a bonus point (1) shall be awarded to each
competitor except competitor with invalid questioner.
