Realizing heating systems that utilize thermal power from a combustion boiler both to
heat house rooms of a dwelling and for heating sanitary water to be used for example
for showers, baths or other is known in the prior art. Such heating systems include
opposite the boiler a primary heat exchanger traversed by the heat-transferring fluid
(for example water) designed to run under the thrust of a purposeful recirculation
pump in radiators arranged in the rooms to be heated. On the delivery pipe of the
heat-transferring fluid coming out of the boiler is arranged a flow switching valve
capable of feeding the hot fluid to a secondary heat exchanger as an alternative to
the radiators. The secondary heat exchanger allows heating the sanitary water to be
sent to the sanitary fixtures of the dwelling by taking the heat directly from the heattransferring fluid of the heating system and thus utilizing the thermal power of the
boiler.

A remarkable number of peptides, derivatives and analogues thereof are known in
therapy. They are often endowed with an utterly powerful biologic activity, therefore
even very small amounts are required for therapeutic goals. Among these, small and
medium size peptides, preferably small or medium size cyclic peptides, more
preferably those containing one or more sulfur atoms within the cyclus, and most
preferably those containing at least two sulfur atoms within the cyclus, such as, for
example, analogues and derivatives of oxitocin and vasopressin, such as
desmopressin (termed 1-deamino-8-D-arginin-vasopressin or 1-(3mercaptopropanoic acid)-8-D-argininevasopressin), a powerful antidiuretic useful in
the treatment of urinary disorders associated to, for example, insipidus diabetes and
nocturnal enuresis.

Examples of polymerization catalysts to be used in the polymerization reaction
include boron trifluoride, boron trifluoride hydrate, and coordination compounds of an
oxygen- or sulfur-containing organic compound with boron trifluoride, which may be
either in gaseous form or in the form of a solution thereof in a suitable organic
solvent. Of the above polymerization catalysts, the coordination compounds of an
oxygen- or sulfur-containing organic compound with boron trifluoride, specifically,
boron trifluoride diethyl ether and boron trifluoride dibutyl ether, are specific
examples. With respect to the amount of the polymerization catalyst, the catalyst is
used in an amount of from 1x10-6 to 1x10-3 mol, for instance 5x10-6 to 1x10-4 mol per
mol of the total of the trioxane and cyclic ether.

Claims
1. Powered test-tube agitation device including an agitation plate (12) having a rest
(13) wherein the bottom of a test tube (14) to be agitated is designed to rest and a
powered mechanism (15) operatively connected to the plate (12) to put the plate (12)
in agitation, characterized in that the device comprises an optical detection means

(17, 117) for optical detection in a predetermined zone above the plate (12), the
optical detection means (17, 117) being operatively connected to the powered
mechanism (15) to activate operation thereof when an object is detected entering
said predetermined zone above the plate (12).
2. Device in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the optical detection
means includes a photoelectric reflection detection device (17).

Today, two techniques dominate for exploiting the stereo redundancy and irrelevancy
contained in stereophonic audio signals. Mid-Side (M/S) stereo coding, primarily aims
at redundancy removal, and is based on the fact that since the two channels are
often fairly correlated, it is better to encode the sum, and the difference between the
two. More bits (relatively) can then be spent on the high power sum signal, than on
the low power side (or difference) signal. Intensity stereo coding [2, 3], on the other
hand, achieves irrelevancy removal by, in each subband, replacing the two signals by
a sum signal and an azimuth angle. At the decoder, the azimuth parameter is used to
control the spatial location of the auditory event represented by the subband sum
signal. Mid-Side, and Intensity stereo are both used extensively in existing audio
coding standards.

First and foremost, the counter evidence of the defendant/counter plaintiff presented with the
response petition on 18.06.2008 have been notified to us on 01.07.2008 and at the hearing
dated 17.07.2008 the Esteemed Court have given 20 days period for us to present our
response and evidences as the 20 days period given at the hearing dated 29.05.2008 havent
expired. Within the prescribed time our counter response and evidences intended for the
counter response and evidences shall be presented to the Esteemed Court with the petition
hereby. However, because the defendant/counter plaintiffs attorney has stated that some
evidences which she will present havent reached her yet; we like to indicate that we reserve
our right to present counter evidence and our right to reply against any evidences of the
defendant/counter plaintiff.

Not only are more and more octogenarians choosing to have cardiac surgery, but the
chances of a good outcome are improving. Advances in surgical techniques in recent
years mean that the risks of cardiac surgery, for all patients but especially those over
80 years, have been substantially reduced. The availability of off-pump technology
(ie, doing coronary artery anastomoses without the use of cardiopulmonary bypass
[CPB]), including mechanical aortocoronary anastomotic devices, allows CABG to be
done not only without CPB, but also without manipulating the aorta, thus reducing
atheroembolic risk Furthermore, the duration of CPB and global myocardial
ischaemia can be minimised by combining off-pump techniques with CPB (eg, valve
replacement with CABG). Also, selective use of ventricular fibrillation (rather than
cardioplegic arrest) when repairing a mitral valve avoids global myocardial
ischaemia. Surgeons have several options for the technical performance of these

operations. While there may be no surgical consensus on the optimal technique for a
given patient, in my view a one shoe fits all surgical approach may prove
hazardous.
