Objective:

To develop an understanding of Individual, interpersonal and group behaviour


in an organisational environment;

To understand how the study of organisational behaviour can facilitate


improvement in performance and well being of people at work;

To make the students aware of the use of organisational behaviour to promote


effectiveness of individuals and groups, and thereby enable the managers to
contribute more efficiently and effectively in the workplace.

FINAL-TERM EXAMINATION
Assignment 1: Individual assignment
Each student has to study the motivation profile of 10 students (in the age group of 18
25 yrs) and prepare a comparative report on that.

The Report, of minimum 2000 words, should be submitted on or before the 10th Session.

Assignment 2 : Group assignment (End Term)


Each group has to study the profile of the leader, his working styles, achievements and
contribution to the industry. They have to make a critical review of the leadership traits
with a comparative analysis with new leadership thoughts.

They have to make the presentation in the 16th class.


They have to write a report on this leader with minimum 2500 words. The last day of the
submission of the report is on or before the 20th Session.
