Dear ExxonMobil Irving employees,

..

Ten days until Rexs retirement. As a former Exxon and Humble Oil employee, I want to join
you in wishing him well defining policy and metrics to uphold COP21s 1.5C aspiration.
..

This is a time of mixed emotions in our country, as people are praising him and vilifying him.
..

I have mixed emotions as I had hoped to discuss with Rex a strategy for solving the climate
crisis while gracefully bringing the petroleum era to a managed conclusion. We still have a
chance to do that, and one aspect of that is for Rex to make a deal with President-elect Trump
and his administration. Help me explain to Rex how he can change the course of history.
