Greetings from the Council of Economics Educators, Inc.!
It is with great pleasure to invite you, your faculty and students to attend the Council of
Economics Educators, Inc. (CECON) 20 th National Conference and 2 nd International
Conference on November 24-26, 2016 at Cebu Grand Hotel, Escario St., Cebu City,
Philippines.
This years Conference theme The ASEAN Economic Integration: Year One Experiences
and Challenges is expected to bring together faculty teaching economics, social sciences,
tourism, business and management, students, researchers and policy makers to share their
insights on the first year implementation of the ASEAN Economic Integration. Invitations are
also opened to overseas participants especially coming from ASEAN member countries.
CECON invites theoretical and empirical papers on all aspects of economics, social sciences,
tourism, business and management.
The conference cost covers the following Early Registration Rates on or
before September 17, 2016: CECON Member (PhP4,200.00)/ Non-CECON
(PhP5,200.00) inclusive of 4 snacks, 2 lunches, 1 dinner and Certificate of
Participation while Students will be charged PhP3,500.00 inclusive of 4
snacks, 2 lunches, 1 dinner and Certificate of Participation. Regular
Registration Rates (Through November 24, 2016) CECON Member
(PhP5,000.00)/ Non-CECON (PhP5,500.00) inclusive of 4 snacks, 2
lunches, 1 dinner and Certificate of Participation while Students will be
charged PhP4,200.00 inclusive of 4 snacks, 2 lunches, 1 dinner and
Certificate of Participation.
