BOSNA & HERZEGOVINA - PLACE TO INVEST

Bosnia & Herzegovina has the most stable currency in South Eastern Europe,
which is directly linked to the Euro. The country also has the lowest inflation in
the region and privatization of the banking sector is almost completed. 98% of
the capital is privately owned, of which 83% is foreign private capital.

The Law on the Policy of Foreign Direct Investment, in force since 1998,
ensures national treatment of foreign investors, i.e. foreign investors have the
same rights and obligations as defined for the residents of BiH.

Bosnia & Herzegovina has signed the Central European Free Trade Agreement
(CEFTA) in effect as of November 2007.

Bosnia & Herzegovina signed the Stabilization and Accession Agreement with
the EU in 2008, and is pending the EU member candidacy status.

AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY IN BiH

Rich and extensive tradition in the automotive industry, especially in production of auto
components (Volkswagen Group).

Corporate income tax rate is 10%, nevertheless who in the year for which the corporate
income tax is being determined, has achieved 30% of their total revenue by export is
exempted from the tax payment for that year.

Numerous strengths in the automotive components industry, notably the availability of
skilled and educated labour in engineering and other technical areas.

The flat 17 percent value-added tax, together with the countrys advantageous geographical
location and its relatively cheap and educated labour force, make Bosnia and Herzegovina a
favourable place for investments.
