Charity Grant from Meezan Bank Limited

Three evidence proofs required to be submitted at Meezan Bank along with a

proposal:
1) Certification/registration proof
2) Audited reports/accounts
3) Tax exemption certificate (duly issued by FBR)

One evidence being missing was tax exemption certificate. Obtaining it, as put by
Dr. Khalid, calls for amendment in their constitution, plus, this years audit report.

Mr. Rizwan, Treasurer at Khalid Eye Clinic, has been delegated with the task of
amendment and audit report.

Once got them, Dr. Khalid will delegate someone for obtaining exemption
certificate.

Having done this, case for charity can be put at Ihsan Trust Meezan Banks
representative for granting donations.

OBS Meeting

Discussed OBS response to our camp organization at their facility. Dr. Khalid
agreed for the meeting. OBS next response is awaited so that meeting can be
scheduled.

OBS factory workers are insured. Which insurance company they are insured
from? A question by Dr. Khalid to be asked from OBS Management.
