Caroline Klebl offers a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training program to yoga teac
hers, aspiring teachers and yoga practitioners. Her teacher training combines th
e high standards of practice, required by the Ashtanga Vinyasa System with the d
evelopment of teaching skills, which are necessary to introduce students to Yoga

An Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Manual will be supplied to each participant. T
o those who attend all scheduled classes, a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certi
ficate will be issued, at the end of the course. Returning students and those wh
o have already completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training will receive a 200 hou
r Advanced Training Certificate, towards 500 hour Certification.
Teacher Training Schedule:
Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore Style or Led): 6:30am-9am
Adjustments/Teaching Techniques: 10:00am-12:30pm
Anatomy, Ayurveda & Philosophy: 3pm-5:30pm
Retreat Location:
This course will take place at Hotel Lagunita, an exquisite boutique hotel and s
pa resort. The hotel includes thirty-two thatched roof casitas, two dining palap
as, a lounge, a coffee shop, a gift shop, a pool, a spa, which uses the finest n
atural products and a beautiful Yoga hall, which overlooks the ocean.
Activites in Yelapa, Mexico :
Each week throughout the retreat there will be one day off. You will have time l
ie on the beach, receive spa treatments, go hiking, snorkeling, paragliding, hor
seback riding, kayaking, whale watching and go on guided excursions to secluded
waterfalls or offshore islands.
Yoga Teacher Training: Nov 15 to Dec 12, 2010
Double Occupancy: $4700 US
Single Occupancy: $5400 US

outdoor patios.

Travel to Mexico:
The closest International Airport is the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (
LIR), which is a half hour boat ride away from Hotel Lagunita. Hotel Lagunita wi
ll arrange for airport transfers from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
 A passport with at least 30 days validity is required to travel to Mexico. A vi
sa is not required and one can stay up to 180 days.
