Job Responsibilities:
To assist Project Manager:

overall project implementation

(Addition/Omission) or Verbal Instruction (followed by confirmation of verbal instruction form)
are complied with and extend the same to the Contract Department

Position: Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

To compile and summarize the project monthly attendance records and submit to Human
Resources department
To control and monitoring of project stationary requisition
To arrange daily routine and activities for project despatch
Update and maintain mailing list
Maintain records, filling systems, hard copy and electronic filing system
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filling
and answer general queries by telephone
Updating project staff leave record and submitting of staffs leave application to Human
Resources department
To oversee the entire administration function of the site office and ensuring office premises are in
good functioning order and secured at all times

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the formulation and implementation of safety and health capability development strategies

to ensure progress of capability building throughout the company is in-line with the company
