Feudivini: our story

Feudivini, self-defined talent scout,


is daily devoted to enhance
the value of made in Italy worldwide.
This is what fuels Feudivinis passion:
to widespread diffusion of wines
that would otherwise remain niche jewels.

More than 35 years have passed since when, for the first time, we decided to start an
activity with the objective to introduce the Italian excellence to the world.
Once, we did not have the resources we have now, but we could count on all of our
innovative ideas and on the fact that we wanted to take a challenge, supported by one
sure thing: a good job, at the end, is always recognized and prized.
This certainty allowed us, then, to face a complete new challenge with enthusiasm,
founding Feudivini Wines and Beyond in which we made the most of the philosophy
and values that have always characterized us.
The results show that it was not a risky bet, but a winning entrepreneurial challenge.
Always looking to the future, we have constantly invested in the foreign market,
assured that this is the real engine of the current growth with the consequent
expansion of the sales network, the continuous training of staff and a constructive
dialogue with suppliers and customers from which we have learned and we continue
learning so much. We in fact understand that, in order to grow in a healthy way, a
company must develop harmoniously all its operating divisions, creating a strong sense
of identity and sharing of objectives. Thanks to this network of strategic relationships,
today we can present ourselves making the most of our potential.
We personally know every person that works with us and for us, we are confident of

Description
Wine made from Cabernet and
Merlot grapes. This wine is ruby red
in colour. The nose shows hints of
underbrush and black cherry. The
taste is fresh, delicate, smooth and
pleasantly tannic.

Calamandrana
Cabernet 85%, Merlot 15%
Sandy-clay top layer produced by alteration of the arenaceous marl
layers below.
Early October, manual harvesting.
This wine is obtained using a top loading system of the crushed and
de-stemmed grapes, with bucket conveyor belts that maintain the
integrity of the fruit and move the grapes along to the vinification in
containers without using pumps. Fermentation is in stainless vats at
controlled temperature.

grapes. The colour is ruby red
with anthocyanic reflections. The
aroma shows red currant hints.

In the palate it is round and


pleasantly smooth.

and Lambrusco Salamino. It has
a fruity fragrance with hints of
raspberry and berries. Its color is

a deep ruby red. With a crisp flavor,

The fermentation of the grapes takes place before the fermentation
of the skins, for 36-48 hours. There is then the separation of the skins

We have a second fermentation in pressurized tanks to achieve the 2.5
atmospheres. The whole process takes place at low temperatures.

Description
The Primitivo from Puglia is
characterized by a deep red colour,
very intense and strong and by
deep purple hues. It has a fruity
aroma, warm and enveloping,
with predominant scents of rip
fruits such as cherry and black
cherry.It presents itself as a well-

structured wine, complex, in which


the components are perfectly
harmonious and balanced. On the
palate is velvety, full-bodied and
delicately soft. It goes very well with
pasta dishes, game, red meat and
exceptionally dark chocolate.

Vineyardsin the South of Taranto.
Primitivo.
Clay-Chalky soil.
Around the end of August/first week of September, manual harvesting.
After the harvesting, the grapes are submitted to the pre-coldfermentation maceration for two days. Then there is a fermentation
in steel vats with a controlled temperature for 8-10 days. In the end,
there is a brief maceration with the skins (max. 4-5 days).
Malolactic fermentation an refining in barriques.

two homonyms varieties, both
traditionally grown in Puglia, this
wine is deep red in colour with
purple glints. Intense blackberry
fruit on the nose with floral notes

of violet, are the best expression of


the grapes. The palate is full-bodied,
with the structure and seriousness
of Aglianico beautifully softened by
the Primitivos playful spirit.

structure with a pleasant softness,

reflects the olfactory profile.

grapes. The colour is ruby red with
purple edges. To smell it is fine and
fragrant, with an overriding typical
note of violet that blends in well
with a youthful grapey flavour that
is also elegant and enhanced by
notes of small red berries such as

blackberry and morello cherry. It


has a delicate tannin structure in the
palate that is mixed with a pleasant
and characteristic barberry tang
that harmonises perfectly with a
sweetly spiced finish reminiscent of
cinnamon.

Alchimia is deep and intense red
in colour with purple hues. The
warm and enveloping bouquet
has the predominance of ripe red

elegant wine is of an intense garnet
red colour with powerful aromas of
forest berries, spices and licorice
on the nose. Thanks to its yet wellintegrated tannins on the palate,
it partner most classic dishes - in

in general and seasoned cheese.


To enjoy at its best, decant before
drinking and serve at between
18 and 20 degrees centigrade in
generous-sized wine glasses.

Caf style coffee in your home in


the most classic pack: the vacuum
packed 250 g. brick, a blend of
already ground coffee consisting of
a harmonious balance of Arabica
and Robusta, selected by Mokador
from the most prized species. The
Italian firm Mokador of Faenza won
the Gold medal in the category
Italian Espresso with their Gran
Miscela Mokador.

Characteristics
Mokador chooses only the worlds best plantations.
The Arabica variety, the most prized and delicate, is selected from
the plantations that stretch over tropical uplands at an altitude of at
least 900 metres in Colombia, Guatemala and Costa Rica. The Robusta
variety is selected from plantations in Africa and Asia
The master roaster constantly checks the roasting process and the
optimal roasting curve. He guarantees the standard of Mokador
quality, which is always high and unchanging in time.
Only separate roasting in order to highlight the value of each individual
variety. The choice of a perfect temperature (from a minimum of 210
C to a maximum of 230 C) plays a determining role: we thus obtain
the point of balance between body, aroma and taste of the coffee.
A further check after roasting and cooling permits elimination of all
residues extraneous to the purity of the coffee.
After roasting the coffee beans must be cooled rapidly before the high
temperature exceeds the optimal roasting curve, Cooling with forced
natural air safeguards the taste of the coffee and does not damage its
aroma. The air is directed into special chambers: each coffee bean is
caressed by air jets.
Maturing: With regard to blending, knowhow creates the balance of
taste and aroma between Arabica, which gives the coffee mellowness,
sweetness and creaminess, and Robusta which contributes structure
and body to the espresso.
The right length of time ensures perfect maturation. After being cooled
and blended with modern computerised systems, the coffee is taken to
special silos: it begins maturing and it is here that the coffee acquires
greater body, taste and aroma. In 10-15 days Mokador coffee reaches
perfect maturation.
