Welcome to Swiss International! We appreciate your interest in our Hotels & Resorts and we
are pleased to present our company to you.
Swiss International's roots are since 30 years anchored
in Switzerland; A country known worldwide for its
quality, precision and values that we ever since proudly
translate into the day to day operation of our hotels.
From the shores of Europe to the coasts of China, to
Africa and the Middle East, our customers will
experience the best of Swiss Hospitality at consistent
quality levels.
Whilst the concepts of our luxury, upscale and midscale
brands are tailored to the needs of today's savvy
business and leisure travelers, the Swiss International
Business Model strongly focuses on increasing market
shares and on driving financial results for all
stakeholders.
Swiss International is currently on a tremendous journey of expansion in the GCC countries,
Africa, Asia and in good old Europe. Our vision is to grow the chain to a 150 hotels by the
year 2020.

THE COMPANY
The world of hospitality revolves around return on investment! Swiss International offers a
robust business model to hotels on either a franchise, manchise or a management agreement.
As such, the hotels can well position themselves in the market by taking full advantage of the
sound established Swiss International Brands & Concepts as well as the Swiss International
Commercial Value drivers in order to maximize its financial results.
Next to the global distribution through the state-of-the-art central reservation system SWISSREZ, the company offers a range of services like Technical Services, HR Management,
Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, SEO and Distribution Management in order to drive
profitability.
The hotels benefit furthermore from a robust support mechanism
which includes extensive Business - and Operational Support
Sessions as well as tailored training and courses from the Swiss
International Hospitality Academy.
Swiss International is a global company with its International
services center located in The UAE. This position gives the
company easy access to the fast developing markets that
are target for its expansion purposes.
Swiss International envisions to expand globally via strategic
co-operations and alliances. The company has signed

LOYALTY PROGRAMS

The Swiss Internationals loyalty program comes in various options from the free of charge
SWISS SELECT program which allows frequent stay guests to redeem earned points, to
the annual subscription programs SWISS SELECT PLUS to enjoy F&B discounts and the
SWISS SELECT LOUNGE to have free access to all advantages of the business lounge.

The Swiss Select Lounge is an important component of the Swiss International Guest
Loyalty Program Swiss Select and offers VIP Guests and Swiss Select Members
complimentary continental breakfast and all day refreshments and snacks.
The Swiss Select Lounge is mandatory in all Swiss International Hotels & Resorts and
Swiss Spirit Hotels & Suites, and aims at providing Swiss Internationals loyal guests with
personalized services.

THE OPERATION FORMULA


Swiss International makes available for its affiliated hotels
under License, Manchise or Management agreement the
following formula: the License, the System and the Services
The License allows the affiliated hotel to make use of the
Swiss International brand name and its relevant concepts as
defined and details of which are set out in the companys
Manual.
The System: Affiliated hotels are connected to the System.
All electronic reservation channels, including but not limited
to the global distributions systems, Online Travel Agents,
Online booking engines etc are connected to the system to
ensure that all reservations are channeled through the
system.
The Services: Swiss International provides an extensive
range of services for its hotels. Some of the mentioned

Commercial And Operational Business Support


The hotels under Swiss Internationals umbrella benefit furthermore from a robust support
mechanism which includes extensive Commercial and Operational Business Support
Sessions.
The business session are held on a quarterly basis
with the objectives to:
Ensure that the hotel is taking full advantage of
the Swiss International Brands & Concepts as
well as the Swiss International Commercial
Value drivers in order to maximize its financial
results.
Measure the improvement of the Brand Performance Indicator.
Support the hotel to reduce operational costs and as such, to augment the GOP (Gross
Operating Profit)
or EBITDA (Earnings Before Interests, Taxes, Depreciation and
Amortization).
