1.)

Job purpose: -

Section head role in product Engineering department. Manage and execute TLB, VC & GR
product verticals from
Product Engineering department.

2.) Dimensions:

Direct Reportee: 3
Indirect Reportee: 9
Position Responsibility: CASE-CE, Pithampur PE

3.) Key Result Areas (KRAs) / Measures of Performance (MOPs):

Responsible for full VC, TLB & GR Product Vertical Range from Product Engineering.
Planning and executing projects as per GPD 2.0 process
Ensure delivery of all GPD, CRT, Q&R projects within target budget
Ensure cost target compliance for all GPD, CRT, Q&R projects.
Ensure TTF targets for all Q&R projects.
Provide support and mentoring to PE-team for resolving critical issues of current products
and new projects.
Monitor plan to actual variance and drive corrective measures in order to mitigate issues
in Ongoing project deliverables
Identify technology and process improvement initiatives for production Engineering
Department.
Responsible for managing PE administrative activities, Engineering resource, Hardware
and software of Product Engineering Department.
To check & control Project teams work as per KRA assigned to team members.

4.) Background Information and Main Activities:

Ensure the Complete Vehicle integration for New Product under GPD Programs.
Carry out /ensure the design release & Implementation related to VA/VE Projects.
Carry out /ensure the design release & Implementation related to Current products.

Monitor Day to day VC, TLB and GR PE team activities to ensure team members
performance as per PLM targets.
Experienced in Design & Proto/Production Development of Structures of Vibratory
Compactor products.
Resolving Product quality issues like EWT/CPM profiles as per target response time.
Monitor GPD,CRT,Q&R project budget as per financial year
Provide support to team for resolving critical issues in order to increase throughput and
reduce problem solving time.
Identify technology and process improvement initiatives for Product Engineering.
Compiling and finalizing PD revenue budgeting.
Conduct weekly Reviews and monitor deliverables of team members.
Monitor plan to actual variance and drive corrective measures in order to increase
accuracy of project plans.
