Partnerships
1. Travel Partners:
Primary Requirement:
The Travel Partner will provide transportation facilities to our celebrity guests and
dignitaries arriving from different places to Gandhinagar.
Benefits for Travel Partners:
a. Will get a space on the stage backdrop below the names of the main sponsors.
b. The pathway to the university will bear your logo alternately with other partners.
c. Your logo will accompany ITB360 where ever it is mentioned in all promotional
material.
d. Your logo and name will be featured on the website of ITB360.
e. All the souvenirs will have your logo and name mentioned in them.
2. Hospitality Partner:
Primary Requirement:
The Hospitality Partner will be responsible for providing accommodation to
dignitaries/guests for their stay during the event. They would also need to provide
transportation facilities from the airport to their place for the celebrated guests and
dignitaries.
Benefits for Hospitality Partners:
a. Will get a space on the stage backdrop below the names of the main sponsors.
b. The hostel road sides will bear your logo alternately with other partners.
c. Your logo will accompany ITB360 where ever it is mentioned in all its publicity
material.
d. Your logo and name will be featured on the website of ITB360 and will bear a link to
your website.
e. All relevant souvenirs and promotional material will have your logo and name
mentioned on them.
3. Media Partner:
Primary Requirements:
National coverage of the Event and publicity material related to the event should be
broadcast starting at least 15 days before the event. Also, 2 days before the event the telecast
about the event should be done in prime slots.
Benefits for the Media Partner:
a. Your logo and name will be featured on the grand stage backdrop below the names of
the title sponsors.
b. You are welcome to come to the campus and conduct an event of your own at the
campus location allocated by the Team IIC.
c. We shall provide 20 passes to be utilized as gifts/prizes.
d. Your logo will accompany ITB360 where ever it is mentioned in all its publicity
material.
e. Your logo and name will be featured on the website of IIC and will bear a link to your
website.
f. All the posters and the banners to be put up in other institutes and universities will
be bearing your logo and name.
4. Print Partner:
Primary Requirements:
Print all the posters and brochures of ITB360 which will use for publicity of the event.
Benefits for the Print Partner:
a. Your logo and name will be featured on the grand stage backdrop below the names of
the title sponsors.
b. You are welcome to come to the campus and conduct an event of your own at the
location provided by the Team Flare.
c. We shall provide 5 passes to be utilized as gifts/prizes.
d. Your logo will accompany ITB360 where ever it is mentioned in all its publicity
material.
e. Your logo and name will be featured on the website of IIC and will bear a link to your
website.
5. Radio Partner:
Primary Requirements:
A minimum number of 15 advertisements per day shall be required for 15 days leading up
to the event.
Benefits for Radio Partners:
a. Your logo and name will be featured on the grand stage backdrop below the names of
the title sponsors.
b. Yours will be the only radio station being played in a free time of event outside of
venue.
c. You are welcome to come to the campus and conduct an event of your own at any
location provided by Team IIC.
d. We shall provide 5 passes to be utilized as gifts/prizes.
e. Your logo will accompany ITB360 where ever it is mentioned in all its publicity
material.
f. Your logo and name will be featured on the website of IIC.
6. Communication Partner:
Primary Requirements:
Provide service for mass communication (walkie - Talkie system) for all event
organizer/coordinators.
Benefits for the Communication Partner:
a. Your name will appear on the main stage backdrop along with the title sponsor.
b. Your logo and name will appear alternately with the other partners.
c. You are welcome to come to the campus and conduct an event of your own at the
location provided by the Team Flare.
d. Your logo and name will be featured on the website of IIC.
7. Style Partner:
Primary Requirements:
Required to design cloths for Organizers/ Coordinator/ Volunteers. Also will be requested
to publicize the event at their outlet
Benefits for the Style Partner:
a. Your name will appear on the main stage backdrop along with the title sponsor.
b. Your logo and name will appear alternately with the other partners along the stretch
of the hostel road.
c. A stall will be provided during the fest.
d. Your logo and name will be featured on the website of IIC.
9. Recharge Partner:
Primary Requirements:
Required to provide recharge for the main committee (amount subject to negotiation). The
partner can also provide complimentary coupons and link of the festival on the partners
website.
Benefits for the Recharge Partner:
a. You will be allowed to conduct an event on campus.
b. Your logo and name will appear alternately with the other partners.
c. Your logo and name will be featured on the website of ITB360.

Publicity Partner:
Primary Requirements:
Publicity of ITB360 on Newspaper, Magazines and Website at least 2 months prior the event.
A complimentary space when the articles from the events could be printed.
Benefits for the Publicity Partner:
a. Your logo and name will appear alternately with the other partners.
b. Your logo and name will be featured on the website of IIC.
c. Magazines will be distributed to judges/guests during the event.
Common Benefits:
1. Hall of Fame (Sponsors Wall)
2. Allocation of passes
Common Terms and Conditions for all Sponsors/Partners:
1. Cheque/Draft to be issued in the name of PANDIT DEENDAYAL PETROLEUM
UNIVERSITY payable at AHMEDABAD.
2. All booking forms must be accompanied by 25% of the total payment as advance.
3. The remaining amount must be paid 15 days before the event, failing which the
sponsorship will be open to other companies.
4. Confirmation of booking will be given on receipt of 100% payment.
5. Booking once made cannot be cancelled.
6. The organizers reserve the right to change the venue and date of exhibition only in
case of unavoidable circumstances.
7. Organizing Committee / Event Manager / Service Providers are not responsible for
any mishandling due to natural calamity, fire, theft or any other unforeseen
circumstances.
8. Event benefits will be specific to the events.
9. All the banners and promotional materials to be put up for publicity in and around
the campus have to be provided by the sponsor/partner.
10. Any change in the clauses by the management will be binding to the
sponsors/partners.
11. Promotional videos can be put up on our Youtube Channel.
12. All disputes will be subject to Gandhinagar, Gujarat jurisdiction
