composite material, consisting of two aluminium
alloy sheets bonded to a thermoplastic polyethylene
(PE) or class 1 fire resistant mineral filled core.

ALCOMAT EXTERIOR GRADE

The surface of Exterior-grade material is lacquer
coated with a minimum of 70% KYNAR 500 PVDF
fluorocarbon resin licensed from France or nextgeneration FEVE from Japan. Total thickness of
all coating layers on top of the chromate-treated
aluminium is strictly compliant to AAMA 2605
Standards. A service coat, not neglected mill finish,
also protects the reverse side of the panel.
All these weathering and chemical resistant efforts
would adequately ensure 10 years of limited warranty
for material applied to exterior environment.
