All entries must be complete, using the new ASCA Entry Form, and paid in full.
All Breeds (and mixed breeds) other than Aussies must have an ASCA Tracking Number in
order to compete in the Rally trial. Tracking Number applications are available at:
www.asca.org/formsandrulebooks.

Day of Show Entries:


Entries taken each day from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, and between trials/shows.
No entry shall be accepted from a dog or handler disqualified from the ASCA
Conformation program; a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs; or a
person not in good standing with ASCA.
No Bitches in season will be allowed to participate in any Rally or Obedience classes.

Rally Trial: Masters C,B,A; Excellent C,B,A; Advanced C,B,A; Novice C,B,A.
Non-Regular Conformation: 2-4 Mo. Puppies; 4-6 Mo. Puppies, BOBp, BOSp
Junior Handling Pee-Wee (3-5 Yrs), Sub- Junior (6-7 Yrs), 8-12 Novice, 8-12 Open, 13-17 Novice,
13-17 Open, Best Junior Handler
Conformation: Altered and Intact.
All classes divided by sex.
6-9, 9-12, 12-15, 15-18, Novice, Am-Bred, BBX, Open Blue Merle, Open Red Merle, Open Black,
Open Red, Best of Breed

Class Placements: 1st thru 4th place flats


Rosettes Given for: Rally: High In Trial, HIT Combined, HIT Junior
Conformation: BOBp, BOSp, BJH, RJH, WD, RWD, WB, RWB, BOB, BOS, BOW

REFUND OF ENTRIES & CLASS CHANGES

RETURNED CHECKS

Pre-entries will be refunded only upon written request received


prior to close of pre-entries. No other refunds will be granted.
No class changes will be made once entries have closed. Class
changes prior to closing must be on approved change of entry
form.

Any check returned to our bank will invalidate all entries


associated with that check. In addition the writer of said check
will be reported to ASCA NO EXCEPTIONS. SCASC will
add a $30.00 Collection Fee to the amount of each returned
check. Anyone with a returned check must pay all future
SCASC event fees and dues in cash.

Take I-25 North to the Plum Creek Exit #181. Turn right onto Plum Creek
Parkway. Go East on Plum Creek Parkway
approximately one mile to Fairgrounds

Dogs over 6 months of age must


have proof of ASCA registration
available. SCASC, the Show
Secretaries and club membership
assume no responsibility for any
loss, damage or injury sustained by
any exhibitor, handler, dog,
property, children or spectator. All
dogs must be crated or leashed
except while competing.

All shows/trials will be held indoors.


Conformation shows, rally trials,
and obedience trials will all be on
rubber mats. Grooming spaces with
electricity are available in the
building. You may need an
extension cord to reach the
electricity.

NOTE: Show Building will be


open and available to exhibitors
for Ring Setup at 7:30 am on
Saturday. Building will be open
at 8:00 am on Sunday. Building
will be closed and locked each
evening. No dogs may be left in
show building overnight.

** No food concessions on premises


but lots of places to eat close by.
