How to create a Gantt chart

1. Enter task descriptions.
2. Enter task start dates.
3. Enter number of days to complete each
task. The program assumes weekends
are work days, so you may need to allow
for that.
4. Enter the name of the person
responsible for each task, if desired. This
will not show on the Gantt chart.
5. If you need to insert one or more tasks
into the middle of the task list, click the
Insert task(s) button.
6. If you need to remove one or more
tasks from the list, click the
Remove task(s) button.
7. Type a title for the chart in cell C3.
8. When you are ready to create the
charts, click the Make Gantt chart button.
Notes:
- There is 2 task minimum and 500 task
maximum.
- You may make additional charts
whenever you like.
- You may delete existing charts whenever
you like.
- See cell comments for additional tips.
