No. 4(9) R-3/2008-592/09 dated 18"" August, 2009, on the subject noted above, and to convey sanction of the President of Pakistan with immediate effect to the grant of 20% increase in the existing fixed salary of Project employees recruited on contract basis for development projects funded from PSDP being drawn in existing Standard Pay Package of 12" August, 2008 superseded with O.M. dated 18" August, 2009 till uniform system of market based salary is developed by the Planning & Development Division and approved by the Finance Division 2. The above increase in the existing salary shall be met within the overall approved cost of the development projects funded from PSDP and no supplementary grant on this account would be given.
